That's the problem I did enable saving and can edit stats just fine but I can't edit moves.

edit: I can actually edit existing moves but can't add any.

Of course you can't add any moves, there's a limit to how many moves there are. You have to expand the number of moves available. Look up itman's tutorial on how to expand moves and follow it.
EDIT: Make sure you edit G3HS's ini after you expand your moves, or it won't register.

contest move editor doesn't seem to be able to fully render the third combo for contest moves.

it's easiest to see in the elemental punches since they all have 2_ combos, their third combos are listed as x2 - Rage instead of what the other punches are.
 
my table file is not working. is it corrupted. if it is corrupted what should i do

The Trainer Editor has same Bugs.
E.g. Chimchar by the Trainereditor get corruption...

Considering this is Gen 3 Tools, i doubt Chimchar was part of it, unless you expanded the Pokemon numbers using GH3S or with some hex editing. So maybe try to look over the data you in which you gave Chimchar. Its probably a problem regarding your changes. But what do I know, its not my tool

The Tool is the best what I see.

Edit: I can't repoint the Trainer Data. If I do that that don't save it. Yes I activate "Enabling saving" but the data get not chance...
 
Is there any way in which we could give someone (i.e a rival) a shiny Pokémon?

And P.S How do i edit the offsets at the ini's?
And it says that G3T V2.7 is released but where is tha link?
