I am shattered physically, but in a pretty good place mentally today which is a nice change! I'm happy :)

I'm really weak and struggling to talk today. My dad phoned me, and I had to give up after a few minutes cause I just couldn't do it. It's really hard when the person I'm trying to talk to isn't in the same place as me, so I can't use text, and doesn't even have Internet access so I can't email them etc. But I'm getting used to it at this point. Instead of beating myself up about my limitations, I'm accepting them a lot more and I think that's really helping :)

Is this a regular occurrence for you? What does your doctor say about these events? Are you sure that you're alright? Is someone with you right now in case you need help?

What about using 'speaker' when speaking with your father on the phone. that way you don't have to hold the phone if that's an issue for you.

It's related to the brain issue I've been struggling with the last year, that all. It's talking that's the problem, not holding the phone.

Sometimes I struggle to say the correct words. Sort of like choosing a record in a jukebox, but my brain sends the wrong song.

Sometimes I struggle to speak full stop. Today is unfortunately one of those. All I can do is wait it out tbh.

It's nothing unusual right now, honestly, please don't worry :)
