[Featured] Get-Together 2018 Feedback

While short, the GT was heaps of fun! I like to say that the organization did a great job on balancing the scores per event (certainly compared to last year). Maybe a small exception was the last event worth a sick 750 points, making the regular events relatively insignificant worth only a third of the points. Though I can't complain about 750 bonus points to Lele.

Mental note to self though: Don't try to host three things when you also want to participate in other events, it doesn't work.

Thank y'all for such a fun Get Together. Thank y'all for the Lele win. Told you guys we'd win on Day 4 but nobody took me seriously. Smh!! No feedback except teams rule and I'd love to share a team with 5Q next year!

At least you guys are celebrating... my team came third, which is a notable downward fall from last year when I finished on the second-best team. That's now two GT's in a row that your team has won!

Don't feel so bad. Next year, knowing my luck, I'll be in last place :)

I didn't quite participate so it's a bit strange I got placed as Koko and they are supposedly competitive. Also the competitive tribe lost? Aha maybe some more testing and balancing of teams next time before release ^^

Good work and thanks to everyone involved though!

It's hilarious that Koko came last, and the teams relating to the feminine-based Tapus were the ones who came out on top. Guess it proves girls are better, at least in regards to Tapu appearance, especially since Lele, the winning team, is pink.

Like I've said before the sorting hat is weird, there's no way I'd fit Koko or last year's Hawlucha when I'm more of a... dunno, Bulu and last year's Arcanine :p

(Also me? competitive? pffff The SWC was me going into a winter march and the VGM quiz was mostly me reminding everyone else to post, the rest of my spare time tends to go to naps)

And yet I get placed in Bulu despite me believing my personality doesn't suit Bulu, since he's supposed to be the "calmest" in terms of their personality.

Ok this is super late but whatever.

Points were definitely really winner-favoured this time around. I understand there's some difficulty with balancing the point distribution for some events if the points were decided by event host (i.e. if the event had its own scoring system and awarded points for that), but giving 500 points to the winner and 50 points to second place feels pretty bad, especially if second place was just a hair away from winning.

Another thing I want to mention is that some events didn't really get notice updates about deadlines, though I think they should.
