I'm going to say no to the others; I'm not going to have two Pokemon have the same type on the team, even if it's a secondary type. Exceptions are if enough people think I should put the Pokemon in the box and go catch ________.

Nice. If that happened to me, I would freak out. Then I would never want to turn off my game. Then I'd get bored of it and either:
A) Forget about it, turn off the game (after saving), then freak out
or
B) Get bored of it, end it, then remember it forever and ever.

The smaller the glitch, the more likely I am to freak out about it. Like that glitch. I would've been absolutely amazed at it. Then sad that I would probably never get to do it again. Then some big glitch like... <insert large glitch here :P>
I would've been like "Woah..." then forgotten about it.

I'm weird that way.

I just love that word. In any case, the Get-Together seems to be going good. I haven't made much input, but it's still really cool to see this kind of thing happen.
