Golden Sun DS: Dark Dawn

Are Spade and Heart from Prox, it's kinda annoying always having two Proxians(if that's what they're called) as the antagonists. I'd much rather have one as a playable character since their strength surpasses your characters even without the aid of Djinnis.

I think they are. :/ If i couldn't play as one I'd love to have one in my party, at least.

I don't think they're from Prox. There's really no need for the Proxians to attack anymore; the only reason they did so in the first two was

Anywho, I don't think they're from Prox. They're from a place called Tsaparang, as the red bold text in my last update show.

From my love of the original games, I'm uber excited. It's actually kinda funny:
My mom preordered the game for me. Buuut, she did it last CHRISTMAS. So the store called her "Did you mean to order this?" Mom: "Uh...yeah?" Them: "....OK! Thank you for your purchase with Gamestop! 8D"
Then we find out they called because she ordered it almost a year in advance. So I'm pretty excited. xD

Now that you've refreshed my memory, yeah Prox is safe, as far as we know, so they wouldnt have any reason to be the bad guys anymore. Plus being a new game, they'd be from a new Area, I think.

I need to go reserve that game. Like soon.

You do. It comes out the tenth of November, if I remember correctly.

Yeah, truth of lameness! D<
But I'm so tired of seeing YET ANOTHER Jupiter Adept as a mage class. I want a warrior, and a Venus as a mage. ;-;

Yeah that would be pretty cool if they changed classes. But just flip the Djinn around a bit. :3

But their base stats are too different so you end up having your melee unit with little attack and HP and a Psynergy user with little PP.

Not necessarily, you just need to pick the right class. Make Issac a dragoon class, speciffically a Paladin and he'll have sky-high HP, Attack, and defenses, and pretty good PP. Felix as a Ronin, has the Highest Hp stat possible, and the second highest attack in the entire game. Sheba/Ivan can run as a Necromage/Whitemage, and have ungodly PP, agility, and Healing capabilities

But obviously you'll need all the Djinn to make that work. In the begiing it'll be hard, but as you get more acess to more items/Djinn, the classes all balance out.

You do realize that the Jupiter elemental is probably what fosters Mages, right? Same as Mercury fosters healers (even Alex), Mars fosters fighters, and Venus fosters Paladins. (I separated paladins and fighters because those who were Venus adept seemed to be much wiser than those who were Mars. Just look at Isaac and Garet. Garet's hot-headed, which is why he's such a powerhouse. Isaac's pretty powerful too, but it's tempered with some gentleness in the form of a few healing spells).

tldr Jupiter = Mage, Mercury = Healer, Mars = Fighter, Venus = Paladin (fighter w/ healing)

I say they should flip flop everything for the heck of some variety. I loved that Jenna was Mars and a Mage with epic healing capability, and that Piers was a Mercury warrior, but like I said, I just want them to make a Venus mage, and a Jupiter warrior. Then I'll be happier than I am already. c:

Spoiler:

Well she had a Jupiter style healing spell. o.o
iunno. I'd be excited if she IS the healer though. (super speedy healer ftw?)
