Gunpowder: Age of Demons [Done]

Night Two​
'Why? Why are you doing this to me? I did what you asked me to! I shouldn't be the one to die today, it should be him! That's what we had planned! We had all agreed on it! So why?' Melody looked around her at both friend and foe as they crowded around her, herding her into the dessert. The girl turned tail and ran straight to the towering form of Vereryl, who's smile seemed less than inviting. 'If I'm going to die, then I'll at least take you with me!' The girl kicked off the ground a short distance away and then dove straight at the demon.

The dark one which Vereryl had met earlier in that day stepped out from the demon's shadow and lifted his hand up to the sky where the member of the eagle clan was. Vereryl copied his cohort's movements, lifting his own hand to the sky and causing the girl to stop her dive mere feet from the two men. As their hands closed, the woman's body was contorted and crushed until she was but a stain on the sands.

Melody is dead. She was the bird of prey.

As the two men departed, the members of the Eagle and Snake clan surrounded the body of their fallen comrade. Feeling that the powers of this girl might be salvaged, the members of both clans brought out the tied up and vacant eyed body of Ice. The man had been missing since the day before, and once they had managed to find him he was of no use. Or so they thought, as they now found his body useful as a vessel for the spirit of the recently departed. The members of the two clans gathered around along with the Shaman and Soothesayer and began praying to their gods to return Melody to the body of Ice. The ritual seemed a success, but the spirit which now inhabited the body was neither Ice nor Melody.

Foxrally has replaced Ice. Send your actions to me tonight.

Day Three​


'You shouldn't be here.' The man was propped on both hands and feet, ready to lunge at Foxrally. His teeth were barred and his knife was already covered in the man's blood from the first strike.

Foxrally's arm was bleeding from where he had been cut by the zealot's blade. He had only just come back to life and yet here he was, already being targeted. 'What do you want from me? Why are you trying to send me back to that hellhole when I've only just returned?'

'You're wrong. This is the hellhole. The afterlife consists only of an eternal paradise.'

'What are you on about? I'm the one who's died once already. I think I know what hell looks like. Now if you'll excuse me, I have work to be done.' Foxrally turned away from the insane man, the empty beady eyes followed him as he crossed the desert.

The zealot waited for the right opportunity to strike, but as he realized that they had crossed over into the wolves' territory he grew frightened and fled.

Sooo the Bird of Prey managed to die by lynch. Embarrassing. :c And it looks like Fox is "neither Ice nor Melody"? So does he have Ice's role for definite? If he's bleeding out it doesn't look like he'll last long anyway :(.

Eh, I don't know who to kill. Melody's banwagon was pretty odd, considering she did actually post a few times last day phase, but I can't decide if anyone who voted was particularly sus.


Jdthebud, Nakuzami and GreyBidoof followed Ullion's vote against Melody.

Wicked3DS and Golgari voted Melody before, but Golgari changed his vote later on.

Melody herself had voted for Jdthebud and seemed to find him suspicious.
 
Doesn't he approach people during the day? NVM then I assumed you knew because you got a message or something haha.
 
Er, Ullion makes his choice during the day, Bard, as it says in the OP.

Nimsy was the one driving my bandwagon yesterday only because I half-OMGUS'd at her. She never did tell us her other reasons for suspecting me. In the end, I changed my vote to Melody only to save myself, though I was very surprised at the other people voting for her after Ullion did.

I had thought Melody was the silenced snake, and had no idea she were the Bird of Prey. And after she saved me from being recruited by the wolves....I'm so sad right now.

In other news, I wonder how Foxrally avoided the Zealot kill. And based on the last sentence, is he a wolf now?

If Foxrally is a wolf now, that means Golgari is now a confirmed snake, since he was the only person other than Ice (now Foxrally) and Melody to be silent on D1.

Just thought I'd address how I'm not a snake, and how you've been extremely suss this entire game. [Kill] Jdthebud
 
Golgari approached jdthebud. Tired of dealing with the nuisance, the chief brandished the knife which he had been gifted the night before. jdthebud stood still in front of him, unsure of what to do at the moment. Golgari jumped onto the figure and shoved the knife into his throat, twisting it around and ripping it through the side of his meck. Golgari rose from the man and walked away having fulfilled his duty. But as soon as he left a golden light surrounded jdthebud, lifting him up off of the ground and causing all of his wounds to heal.
