Happy Birthday, 100marios!

Well, I haven't made your birthday thread since... ever, so I figured I'd give Ashley a break this year. XD;

Anyway, as everyone who is reading this now knows, that dorky old man who never posts anymore is celebrating his 18th birthday today. I've known him since he was 14, and even though there have been times when I have been very ticked at him...*chucks jar of mayonnaise*... he has still been one of the best friends that I've ever had. :D So, I hope that you have a happy birthday, Jordan! Eat lots of mayonnaise cake, open presents, have a Lord of the Rings marathon, and just do all of those other fun things that make you happy!

P.S. Whether or not you get a birthday present from me depends on how long it takes you to update your Livejournal, because you still owe me an essay-length post about how awesome Kingdom Hearts and Pride and Prejudice are. (And don't even think about using your extremely slow typing skills as an excuse, because I won't buy it, you stinkwad. *shakes fist*)

...Yes, I do love blackmail. XD

Does he still visit here? XD Happy birthday Jordan, you silly father. \o/

OMGZ YOU MUST BE KIDDING. @_@

Remember the really old PC family thread? >D

EY! *smacks Kayleigh with the bokken sword* Any variation of the word "dork" is, and forever will be, copyright of me, oh partner in crime. *glares* O_O ...Oh, and hi, by the way, Kay. Haven't talked to you for a little while! XD

*ahem* ANYWAY. Jords, I already sent that PM to you for your graduating from high school. ^_^ (Which he STILL has yet to reply to...>___< Why am I not surprised, lol?) And, don't hate me for this, but...but...I didn't know what to make you for your birthday! *ducks for cover (although, I could be down here until half past FOREVER depending upon whether or not he's going to POST again--but, I digress...)*

Now, I know darn well that your 18th birthday is a BIG MILESTONE for all of us to have experienced, so maybe I'll play Genie this time around. I'll sacrifice one wish of mine (which will never come true, I guess...>_<)--*coughPRINCESSPICTUREcough* wow, sorry about that random coughing spasm--for a wish that I can grant for you! However, there are a few limitations...and I'm sure you know--no bringing people back from the dead, no making people fall in love, and no brutalities of any kind. O_o I know you've watched Aladdin so you know the drill. XD You ain't never had a friend like me!

Okay, okay! Enough of my little shenanigans. Now, my dorkster, these "you-must-be-18-or-older" rules got NOTHING on you! I mean, come on--if all you did was buy cigarettes and buy scratch tickets, what a sorry life you would lead if you defined your life by society's standards. O_o So all that's left is for you to just be a legal dork. ^_^; But, you're MY legal dork and you've grown up so fast...*big tear* Anyway, keep playing your video games, watching cartoons/anime, and driving around because age ain't nothing but a number so do whatever you feel like no matter what the U.S. says! As long as you stay out of trouble, my friend...^_^; I hope you had a FANTASTIC birthday today, got all that you wanted, and get back to me on that wish! *glomps and hugs* All that's left for me to say is...

HAPPY 18TH, JORDANNNNNN!!!

Nope, go check! @__@; The fact that Chrystie actually posted, too, leaves me speechless... it's too much for one girl to handle in a day, lol.

And wow, I do... but I forgot who my relatives were. T__T; Sigh.

*dodges* I KNEW that was coming! I almost didn't call him that because I knew you'd self-combust on me, but oh well, lol. It... won't happen in front of you again, I promise. XD; Anyway, I knooow! I've been meaning to PM you with some very cool news, but I haven't had enough time to type up anything long and worthy enough to send you. (It'd break our tradition!) I'll make sure to let you know what it is as soon as I can, though. =D

...Kayleigh, is it me or does it seem like you two are married? XD

Jordan, I just remember you from old-time talk and from when I made Kayleigh's thread, and you seem like a funny guy. It's a shame that we come from different PC generations, as I probably would have made a good friend of sorts.

Happy birthday!

Nah, that's how Sayuri no Hoshi and I always treat him... since, you know, he's getting to be sooo old and senile now. xD (I'd say something about Chrystie, as well, but she would totally kill me!) We've got to challenge him to keep his mind sharp.

Ah, and I don't think that really matters. He gets along with everyone, so if he'd actually start POSTING, he'd probably have more friends than anyone here. XP

...And that's the last compliment you're getting from me today, Jordan. Until you update your LJ! *shakes fist*

He might not be on too often these days, though; after all, he's an ancient member too.

That's because you're getting smarter, Kay. ^_^; And that's why you're my partner in crime! You know enough not to push my buttons by now, heh. O_O But, hey, at least Jordan and I can gang up on you for being the little youngster, lol. XD *stands on a stool* HAH! Now I'm taller temporarily...*bends over and rustles Kayleigh's hair* Muahahahah...

And you have to tell me this cool news! O_O Now...NOW! Or as soon as you can! Heck, I could go visit you and come back at the rate this dork replies, so get to work on that PM! Oh, and he logged in yesterday, eh? It's not just a coincidence...he knew we'd all be waiting to celebrate and/or give presents. Smooth, Jords, come on the day of your birthday...XD

Maybe after he realizes that everyone will eventually beat him up if he doesn't become more active, he'll think it over a bit more. xD But since I could also say that I'm a pretty old member... and so could Sayuri no Hoshi... maybe there's hope!

Yes, I've definitely learned my lessons... (I guess that wisdom comes with old age. But wait! If I'm old... then what would that make you and Jordan? Ancient?! xD *sock'd*) You guys can make fun of me all you want, but I'll have the last laugh when you're both stuck in a nursing home and I'm off bungee jumping or something. O_O It'll happen one of these days! Muahaha...

Anyway, okaaay! I can either mention it here so that we can spam Jordan's thread with all of our rambling--and plus, it'd make him jealous once he hears what it is--or I can send it to you through PM, which would also torture him because he wouldn't be able to know what we were talking about. :D You pick!

Oh, and I know. He shows up the day before his birthday, but not on it. xD That's really smart, eh?

Eh, I don't blame him...

Happy birthday nice guy.
Q.F.T. (I used an internet acronym! Cool, hehe.)

But seriously, you're about as right as the hand opposite of my left--if I had posted on here yesterday, when both of those... people, were online, I would have been bombarded under the combined strength of both their criticisms/insults/dastardly, mean comments.

So I waited. And now ... now that it is no longer my birthday, they are no longer obliged to talk just about me, and so I shouldn't have to be in a situation where I have to handle both of them at the same time. It's just basic logic, really.

*sips from a cup of tea while several people clap nervously in the background*

Now, now my faithful compatriots; there is no need for applause. You know how I dislike such attention, being the largely... modest, individual I am...

*takes another sip of tea and sticks his pinky out, causing several security guards to cough and the overall level of applause to increase two-fold*

Oh ho ho, you really do flatter me, my friends. Security guards, pass some crumpets around. XD

(Thanks for the birthday wish by the way, 22sa! And my bad again, for using your "nice guy" title for a while, hehe.)

No, guys, I was actually kept pretty busy yesterday. (trying to figure out what to do, and then have it rain right when we were about to leave the house, lol.) So as much as I would like to say it was all part of some convoluted plot like the one mentioned earlier, I'm afraid that's... only about half the reason. 40/60, maybe. XD

Another reason I didn't come on was because I wasn't sure I would find much here, heh. Actually, that's not entirely true--I was sure I would find a thread made for me, but I sort of had half a mind to believe it would be made by someone I didn't know well. I'd still be eternally grateful to them, and would definitely set up the ol' giant feather and grapes routine, but still, no one can deny that those situations aren't just slightly awkward, hehe.

You then might be able to imagine, just how pleased I was to log in and find what I did here: ranting, (my favorite, hehe) compliments, (which I didn't know even existed anymore... but don't stop now, lol) a genuine birthday card, (I used to think drifblim and drifloon were slightly creepy, but the awesomeness of that card opened my heart to those li'l balloon guys. Thank you so much, Queen Boo--Mind if I call you Queen Boo? It's easier to type, but I can understand if all those symbols are, like, marks of your royalty or something... your majesty. XD) dorkisms, (A.K.A. calling me a dork. I don't get enough of that in real life, hehe.) threats/blackmail/criticism, (*breathes in deeply* This is the stuff that reminds you you're alive, hehe) and birthday wishes from my friends--even from some I don't know yet... but would be glad to get to meet. (Thanks for the birthday greeting, Drifblim. ...nice name, hehe. It's true I haven't been active in a long time. A large reason for that is because a lot of the people I used to chat with don't come here anymore. So I'm sort of unknown again, which is always a difficult spot to be in. Maybe, if I got to know more people, I could feel more comfortable about posting, and become active again. I don't know how it'll go but, hey--it is the Summer, so I should have time to try it out, hehe.)

Thanks, Jedi_Amara! I'm glad to see somebody can recall my comedic genius in that thread. Goofball dads are tall orders to fill--you have to act stupid, while still imparting the all-important life lessons on the kids. Granted I did none of the second part... but I think I acted plenty stupid, a-yup. XD

As for Kayleigh and Chrystie... well, you guys want me to finish up this post as fast as possible, so I think I'll leave this part out. XD Thanks for making the thread though, Kayleigh! *rattles his cane at her while holding his back* Who woulda thought a youngin' like you would be capable of som'thin' so nice? As a reward, yer free to chew my food, play bingo and walk me across streets whenever you'd like! XD Lol, but really--thanks, Kayleigh. We've had our rough spots over the years, but I've still yet to find a more kind-hearted, forgiving friend as you. ...and thanks especially for the mayonnaise comment, because my birthday cake this year was dirt cake, (crumbled oreos over a sort of cream) and now every time I look at it I can't help but think the cream looks an awful lot like mayonnaise. So, thanks a lot. XD

Chrystie... I have too many things to thank you for, so I don't even mind that you don't have a gift for me. (*turns around and bad eyes his anger management mentors*) The graduation was fine, by the way. I didn't toss my hat in the air because, since I wasn't particularly well-known in my year, had I done it chances are nobody else would of, and so security would have been on me before I could even get the chance to have my eyes poked out by my falling hat. XD Oh well--I'm just happy people were still clapping by the time my name was called, since I was pretty far back on the list, heh. Thanks for always being all the things a friend should be through the years.

By the way, Chrystie, I looked it up, and the average plane trip from Massachussets to Miami--which is actually a much shorter distance than Massachussets to Texas--is about 23 hours. So, no. You would NOT be able to fly to Texas, and then be back in Massachussets by the time I posted. So... *glances between the two of them* Let me in on what this huge secret is or I'll book trips to both your places and MAKE you two tell me, under highly torturous circumstances! XD

P.S. Why don't you take a page out of Chrystie's book, Kayleigh, and just give me my birthday present? Like a normal person? Don't make me use the wish Chrystie gave me to make her force it out of you... XD

Happy Birthday Jordan! D:

Jords, mi amigo, only just barely the four years that I've known you, it dawned on me that you must not shut up in real life, lol! ^_^; (I can just hear that fantabulous 40 y/o voice of yours yakking away, haha! ...*ahem*) I don't buy your shy routine! Only an imaginative dork, such as yourself, would have too much to say to keep quiet. Anyway...I keep digressing, heh! >_<

Hey! I really did consider making you a gift! I just couldn't figure out what. ^_^; I gave you the Ash and Pikachu card last year; and, I made you the Lloyd Irving sig and avatar set a few years before...just 'cause I felt like it, lol. I believe I dubbed it National Jordan Day, but I don't think the country took up my offer still, heh. So use your wish wisely! *pats his head* [So I realized, like, 10 minutes after I typed this that I need to stand on a stool again to pat Jordan on the head, as well...^_^;...*stands on a stool and then pats his head*] As for your graduation, you should've thrown that hat up proudly! Then they would've found out who you were once you poked someone's eye out, lol. XD Eh, well, you know I would've been there for you. With a foghorn, lol! Oh, I'm sure you'd value our friendship to the utmost point once you'd see me jumping up and down in my seat having that foghorn go off once they came to your name. You know it. ^_~ All joking aside, you know you're always my pal. ^____^ So what'd you end up doing for your birthday after the clouds knew you were about to leave your house, heh?

Oh, and not to suck the fun out of this Kodak moment post, but you're way off on your social math skills, dude. O_< I believe I made my "travel plans" post precisely on June 14th, 2007 02:52 PM. You didn't come into the picture until June 15th, 2007 09:03 PM. Clearly, someone went to a BIZARRE website to find out that the AVERAGE PLANE TRIP from Massachusetts to Miami is 23 HOURS?!?! Jordan, I arrive in ORLANDO, FLORIDA in TWO AND A HALF HOURS from Boston...on a plane! So it would not take, like, 20 more HOURS to get to Miami from that point, lol. Which, actually, is about half an hour from Orlando--by plane, of course. I went last year, which I kept meaning to tell you about! This is why we need to get on MSN as soon as possible, lol. As well as Kayleigh (You can tell me this good news here or through PM--depending on whether or not you wanna torture Jordan, too, heh!)!

So yeah, after all that insanity I just wrote up, I hope your birthday was awesome. ^_^;;;

Hey, no problem! As much as I enjoy teasing you guys, I haven't lost all of my respect for my elders, lol. (...Aaaand that's the last joke, I promise.)

I could say the exact same thing about both of you, so I'm really thankful to have you as my friends. ^^ Eh heh hehhh, and did you actually eat the cake? Your mom or whoever made it may have been trying to trick you into liking mayonnaise--and if you're not careful, it could happen one day! That's how it was with my brother and lettuce. He's still not exactly... a huge fan of the stuff, but he'll actually eat it now. (Just giving you a nice little heads up, so that you won't be taken advantage of or anything. ;D *hides a bowl of pudding*)

I'm also glad to hear that your graduation went well--and congratulations, of course! ^__^ I haven't been to one of them in several years, but I remember how long they can last. It really would've been nice if Chrystie had been there with her foghorn--that would've been a nice way to wake people up, lol. You'll have to tell us about your plans for college and all of that soon! (I've been keeping up with Abby's progress in her journal, and it really sounds like she's enjoying it, so... hopefully you will, too!)

And… my reaction was exactly the same as Chrystie's when I read the 23 hour thing. It wouldn't even take me that long to fly to England, lol. XD That brings me to my next point, though--the good news! I suppose that I'll go ahead and mention it here, since it would pretty much be the PERFECT time.

I've been making plans with my grandfather to go to England so that I can visit my friend who came here last summer, and he just recently booked all of the flights! I found out that the one out of Dallas goes to Boston, where I'll get on another plane there that flies directly to Manchester. It doesn't leave until 8-something P.M., though, so I'll have to wait at the airport for a few hours… and I thought that it'd be cool if Chrystie and I were able to meet during that time! =D She may not be able to if the airport is too far away, or she ends up being really busy that day, but it was just an idea. My flight leaves on August 1st, which is over a month away, so it would at least give us a little bit of time to plan. Who knows! It was just my first thought when I found out that I would be making a stop there along the way. XD It can only happen if Chrystie is able to make it to the airport, though, since I'd have to wait there for my flight. (My mom has already lectured me about staying put, since... I have a tendency to get lost, lol.) We'd also only have about an hour or so to visit with each other, but just incase it was a possibility for her to come, I figured I'd go ahead and mention it so that she could make plans and stuff.

Also, sorry that my reply is a bit late. I went with my family to the zoo on the 15th, and yesterday I was too busy with babysitting to come online and write a long reply. So, I opted to have that very deep conversation with Frosty about the meaning of the word, "keener". Lol. XD;

Sorry, but I have to comment on the foghorn concept again, lol. ^_^; I just got an image of myself (if I knew the exact whereabouts of the dorkster's house, that is) outside of Jordan's house at, like, 3 in the morning using the foghorn. I know it's so random, but I think it would be pretty hilarious, lol. Until his parents and sisters come outside running after me with baseball bats or something...XD And Jordan would be standing there at the door just grinning at my insanity. Or he'd be half-groggy and not knowing what in the world just quite happened. Whichever the case. ^_^; I swear those strawberries that I ate a little while ago must've made my imagination run wild. O_o Lol! ANYWAY...yeah, you better get back here and tell us about your plans for the future, Phil! *lame* I'm sorry, but I was compelled to indirectly include Ricky Ullman since I was making a "future" joke, heh. ^_^; At least Jordan and Kayleigh or anyone else from the previous PC generation who experienced my obsession with Ricky will understand, lol. Ooooooooooookay, moving right along...

And O...M...G. O________O Kayleigh coming to Boston?! Even if it is for only 2 hours or so. XD As much as I'd absolutely WANT TO GO and see you, I can't give you a definite answer yet! >_< It's not as though being at the airport is an issue--it would be getting there. Especially if you get to Boston around 5 or 6 PM. That's the insanity of rush hour in the city--by any means of transportation. O_o But, in general, I could easily get there by train; because, the line I take to get home, when I'm commuting from college during the school year, actually makes a stop at Logan Airport. Then my own summer vacation plans come into play. >_< We were thinking of going to New York around the end of July to see a show. If not that, we were considering other trips, too. So everything's up in the air at the moment! But, of course, I'll get back to you on the situation when we get closer to August. In the meantime, listen to "Boston" by Augustana and "Dirty Water" (the reason for why it's in my location *points*, lol) by The Standells to get yourself in a Boston mood. XD Then again, it'd be better if you had been coming for an actual visit!

I think that's the most random thought that I've had all day, but... who cares! It would be so awesome, lol. I need to eat me some strawberries so that I can come up with a few insane ideas like that. (Just incase we are able to meet at the airport and wreak some havoc, even if it's only for an hour or two. xD)

And oh, gosh. That Ricky Ullman joke had me laughing for a while, because I finally got around to watching the movie What a Girl Wants the other day, and I was reminded of our old obsessions with those guys. Remember Ollie and Ully, lol? Maybe when I go to England I'll actually meet Oliver James... and it'll be like on the movie! O__o;; I'll be the weird American girl who keeps walking into shelves and knocking things down inside of Harrods. Or Buckingham Palace. (My friend's parents have already bought tickets for us to go on a tour there, so... if you hear anything on the news about a girl who got arrested in London, then it's probably me, lol.) Just out of curiosity--and I may be asking for a looong rant by saying this--but are you still the huge Ricky fangirl that you used to be? I haven't heard anything about whether or not you two have gotten married yet, so you can't blame me for being curious! XD

Anyway, I KNOW. I was so afraid that my grandfather would end up booking a different flight that he had been considering, which stopped at Chicago, but that wasn't the case... so I was really thankful for that. X3 However, don't worry about it at all. If you won't be able to make it then I completely understand--I've been on many long trips to both Dallas and Houston, and I know how much of a pain in the butt traffic can be. (That's why I'm so glad that I live in a smaller town at times!) I also know how summer plans can get in the way, since my grandfather has booked plenty of cruises right at the last minute just because a REALLY good deal came up, so that wouldn't bother me at all. xD I just wanted to tell you about it so that, only if it was convenient, you could come! My flight's not supposed to get there until around 4:45 PM or so, which means that it probably would end up being difficult for you to get to the airport, so I don't want you to feel obligated to come at all. Aaand, who knows? Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to come there for an actual visit, lol. We should really start making plans for all three of us to meet somewhere at the same time. :D

Okay, I'll go download those songs on either YouTube or iTunes! That's definitely a good idea, especially since I've recently been listening to "London Calling" by The Clash. (As well as all of the other songs on my What a Girl Wants soundtrack. ...Yes, I own it, lol. xD)

I have to admit, Kayleigh and Chrystie's giant posts scared me away from this thread for a bit. XD; I figured you had gotten all of the abuse good wishes you could handle, but I guess one more couldn't hurt. Happy birthday! I can't believe it's been two years since my eighteenth. Wow. Talk about elders. XD; Thanks so much again for posting in my thread, and I think we'll all be happier—especially those two—if you can make it on more. :x
