Have You Ever Thought About Leaving PC?

I actually did leave PC when I was a younger member.

I got fed up with all the "ur gonna be banned" (I was a SPAM-O-HOLIC when I started here),
so I left and went to neopets.

I came back, and I wouldn't dream of leaveing EVUR.

I have actually considered it because i was on here every day and because of that, my social life(not that i have one) and health suffered.
so i tried to fix my weak spots by leaving the community but this site just held me like a magnet.
but i did help me social life and health by taking short breaks and eating apples outside.
now i am not considering it but i probably will sometime later. Only time can tell.
 
It's crossed my mind, as hard as it seems. When school flared up I thought about leaving, it has to cross your mind when life starts to hammer you. (Well, it did for me) So, yes, I have thought about leaving PC in one small moment. However, how in the heck could I ever leave? I'm having some priceless moments and a ton of fun. I'm not going anywhere. The only reason I could ever leave is personal issues only my close friends would know I encounter, but that won't happen. :D And besides, I'm in too deep of a hole to leave... if I left, it would hurt. ;/ But I'd rather not go on about this topic anywho, because I'm here to stay. <3

But leaving gets you nowhere, if you ever want to make an impact or to have fun, abandoning the scenario is not the way to do it. There are too many reasons for me to stay, as well. The forum itself is amazing, the friends I have on it and communicate with on a daily basis are seriously cool and the history that I've been trying to find out about, well, there's still a lot more to find out.

Anyone who leaves is either looking for attention or has a proper reason to leave. The latter is a rare occurence, sadly.

I sort of have left. I'm in a state of coming and going, where I'm not officially here nor have I left, I'm just here when I feel like it, which could be everyday, but is usually every few months. In recent weeks my activity has been regular, but is already declining once again.
 
There was a time a month or two ago, where I was thinking of leaving. I just took weeks away from PC.
I mainly hang around the rom hacking section and I got sick of pointless and annoying stupid PM's from new hackers. I eventually got sick of looking at the constant stupidity and just stopped coming to PC as frequently as I normally do.
But then I found that time away helps, and I returned, and leaving hasn't crossed my mind since then.
 
I remember taking a like a one month break a REALLY long time ago, but that's about it. I won't be leaving PC anytime soon.
 
If I'm seen around here it's probably because I'm bored, banned, or out of sites due to various (maintenance) reasons.
 
Right now, I'm thinking about taking a break. My interest in Pokemon has dropped to zero, so I don't really have anything to talk about with the people on here. But I can't really leave, because of my position on this forum. So there are times when I feel completely trapped here.

I just become one of those lurking members at these times, not being all that active. But I could never really leave PC until life forces me away totally.
 
It was 8 months for me, ended fan club didn't care, wasn't necessary and here I am, only a good few have gone Peramentally. (sp) Thats only from being banned.

There's lots of forums that have little to do with Pokemon like the Other Chat, other Anime/Manga and videogames/entertainment.

As for me, I did think about leaving here when my interest for the discussions dropped low. However, I said "screw this" and just simply put this forum on a lower priority. The whole concept of "leaving" is over dramatic and you do need some sites to go to when all your other ones slow down.

I've been coming here more though. Part of it is because I'm an active member of the Misty and Pokesho club, another part is so I can look at people's music/anime favorites and laugh at them XD and another part is so I can see if any interesting threads show up in the Pokemon anime discussion, other than bitter nostalgiaf*gs complaining about how "mushy" the anime has become and how "dark" it used to be and that every episode is the same (which ironically, is the exact opposite of what it really is.
 
Considering I only joined this month, I haven't really thought about leaving.

I guess I might though, if for some reason my obsession with Pocket Monsters vanishes. I doubt it will be in the near future. It's been [Insert length of time the Pokemon anime has been running] years and my obsession is still going strong.
