Searching doesn't help either, since all it brings up are ROM file questions.

That's weird. For me it's the second option (on the start menu)...
 
Usually the way to delete a save file is a specific button combination. Try the same one from DPPt, perhaps it works (I'm not sure what the combination is, however)
 
Pokemon Heartgold Is Phanphy available at the bottom of Route 45? IN the beggning of the journey , while on your way to cherrygrove city, in the morning?

Yeah, it's available there, although I don't know about time of day. But they are located on Route 45.

so its in the beginning of the game rite at the bottom? at a low level with the geodudes and ratata?
 
Yes, I believe so, I'm personally playing SS, but I seem to remember it being there when I started on HG.

You go to the main screen and press like up b and select to erase the game data.

I've got a question! In Blackthorn city, does the elder still give u the extremespeed dratini? If so, can someone please provide the answers please. :)

What does the people in the house in blackhorn want to trade for? Like what do they want from me and what would they give me?
 
Make sure you've talked to Clair as well beforehand - I couldn't get it until I went back to her gym and did so (and also got the TM she gave out as well).
 
How do I get to Pewter City?
