It's nice to meet you all and I'm obviously new to the forum! :P I've played and watched Pokemon for well over 10 years and it's always been one of my #1 most favorite things to ever do and has been a big part of my life for a long time! I started playing with Yellow, but I'm like a fledgling and I I wasn't even born when it came out ;) but anyways, my favorite generation would have to be gen 3 with Pokemon Emerald. Also my facts were wrong because I remember buying sapphire, I started playing roughly 13 years ago? Give or take 1 or 2.

Ahh that's awesome you started with Yellow despite not being the generation of the time you started playing! I think it's always good to start from the base of the series instead of humping in midway for sure :D And Emerald is my favorite game too~!
