How do you tell a pokemons IV?

I can't find the thing that the team rocket member dropped in mistys gym, where is it? Please? T_T

Wait sorry, i'm fighting him on the nugget bridge now.

How do I place blocks in the Safari Zone? I was told I can use them but I have no idea how to access them. I know where I need to place them to get a certain result, I just have no idea how to find them and start placing them.

After you have done the second task from baoba and he tells you that he gives you the ownership of the safari zone, he'll at some point call you to tell you that he has got an update to the safari zone! When you go up there talk to baoba and he will tell you about the object arrangement thing! So when you enter the safari zone just press A any place expect staircases and on the grass patches! A menu will pop up to give you the possibbility to place items on the ground!

Does anyone know whether the Trainer Card records the time and date of when the player beats the Elite Four on both different occasions (After 8 Badges and After 16 Badges) or just once? (After 8 Badges/After 16 Badges)

And does anyone know when and how to get the National Dex?

1) I don't understand the question
2) After you get the S.S aqua ticket from professor Elm, you can find professor Oak near the S.S aqua to give you the national dex.

Techniquely after getting 16 badges, you don't have to go beat the E4 again, you can just go right to red, and for your question, I believe (as I have beaten the E4 multiple times, that it only records the most recent.

What I meant was does the Trainer Card records the date and time of just your first time beating the Elite Four with 8 badges or both first time after 8 badges and after 16 badges?

Most Recent or First One You Ever Did? Can you help me check please? :3

I think it might be fair, but I'd choose Weavile because it'll be legit then. But, I'd teach Kingdra an Ice-type move if I were you, it's really powerful.

Also, here's a hint- Rampardos is more powerful than Tyranitar, but Rampardos is not a pseudo-legendary, making it seem more fair. (My Rampardos has an Attack stat of 471 compared to my Tyranitar's 396)

But Tyranitar isn't a legend at all, lol. And it's got a higher overall base stat set than Rampardos. Meaning it's defenses and such will be higher.

can u breed the shiny pichu or spiky eared pichu cuz itsems like the quickest way to get a pikachu with volt tackle

No. It's a Baby Pokemon and thus, impossible to breed Pichu. It's in the No Egg group.

Posting about teams isn't allowed. Just throwing that in there.

PSEUDO-legendary- Pokemon that are as powerful as legendaries- mainly Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, and Garchomp.

Also, I don't care about defense, I can just use Kureserria for it (Cresellia) as it has fair attack, 400HP and over 300 Defense and Special Defense. Plus, it has Substitute, holding a Muscle Band (Attack is higher than Special Attack) and can heal.

Okay, I'm getting off-topic.
