Where can I get the Double Team tm in Soul Silver?

extremespeed dratini

I just got the extremespeed dratini but its a female, if i breed it w/ a ditto will the baby know extremespeed?
 
does anybody remember what the dark cave is for or what you do in there. i don't get the book. because i remember everything that happens in gold. just don't remember what dark cave was for or if it was for anything. i'm at the 7th gym now. i just like to know it not that big of a deal. but it driving me a bit crazy and i can't find anything on the web about the dark cave
 
How is the Sacred Ash activated? Because my Ho-oh was holding it when I battled Red, but in the end they all got beaten to a pulp and nothing was activated...

I tried that too though, and couldn't find it on my items list... and it was my trump card for beating Red...

No, I believe it has be a Celebi caught in Johto. Probably will be a Celebi event for it later.

It's just a cave you can explore. Note there's entrances to it south of Blackthorn as well, and a fair few hidden items/guy with Blackglasses in there for instance. And Wobbuffet! And Dunsparce on occasion!

As for replacing one of Charizard's moves, try to use https://www.smogon.com and see what fits best with your overall team.
 
How do I place objects in the Safari Zone? I can't find the option in the Area Customizer.

Have you unlocked it yet? First you have to unlock the extra areas via showing hima Sandshrew, then a Sandshrew to be able to put items in (may have to wait a day first though). Then to actually use items just press A on spaces while you're actually within the safari zone to place them there.
