UPDATES:

This is the Egg House, more commonly referred to as the Egg Shop.
In it, there are 3 kinds of eggs. One is common, one is rare and one is deluxe.
They can all be bought, but they are random Pokemon, and the bigger the cost of the egg is, the rarer the Pokemon inside is.
In deluxe eggs, all sorts of Pokemon can be found, but the chance of getting a shiny Pokemon is bigger.
So, a normal egg will cost 800, a rare egg 2500 and a deluxe egg 4000. Seems pricey, but it's a good resource to get rare Pokemon you need, and some can only be obtained in this way.

the tiles of the egg house are great! it is a good idea^^

but there was also i picture where giovanni was phoning and where the screen was divided with both persons phoning.....its really great! how did you do that?

I did that using movecamera and tiles. It's nothing special, really.
