4th Gen How did you catch Giratina?

I caught him with a Duskball while frozen with powder snow . Then used Foresight + Falze Swipe . Finally it's frozen and with 1HP .
Until then I had 7 more tries and I ended up throwin' my MB all times out of frustration , but after all . I tried once more . He is in my sig lol !!
 
I just thought "OMFG, IT'S GIRATINA *Master Ball* YAY!!"
 
In Diamond, I caught it pretty easily with a little more than 10+ Dusk Balls. In Platinum, I had brought too few Ultra Balls with me and was too lazy to go all the way back to buy them. In the end, when Giratina didn't stay in those 7 Ultra Balls, I just caught it with Master Ball. :P If I had known that you can find it again later if you just KO it, I probably wouldn't had wasted my Master Ball.

wow, u ppl used the master mall, then how did u catch roaming legendries? used wobfabeet?
 
I went up against giriatina not giving a damn of how "rare" it is and caught it with the first try of a poke ball.
Believe it.
 
I tried to use ultra balls, dusk balls, quick balls, timer balls, every kinda ball I had! Ended up using the Master Ball, I'm just lazy like that :P
 
Paralyzed it, reduced its HP, and about six or seven Ultra Balls later, it was mine:)
 
it took about 20-25 dusk balls and eventually i caught it. i thought it was going to be much harder than that, though. it took me longer to catch regigigas. :\
 
I lowered its health to about as low as it would go, then I kept throwing a variety of balls at it.
 
I can't remember... xD
I think I used a Ultra Ball, though it wouldn't suprise me if I did use a Master Ball,considering I could get 'X' amount more via. cloning on Emerald (yes, I exploit the cloning cheat on Emerald...regulary :P) I think it took me several tries to catch it with Ultra Balls, though.:\
