How did you last die?

Died by a Hawksman M5A in Goldeneye 007. I'm dead serious, the guy was way in front of me. Sniping (note: the M5A is a pistol, so most snipers just try and use their Toros AV-400 or Pavlov ASR). I was trying to grenade him.
 
I died to Quick Claw hax in a Battle Tower match.
Gengar/Garchomp/Scizor vs Aggron2/Honchkrow2/Leafeon2

T1 Gengar Focus Blasts and misses, Aggron Metal Claws
T2 I pick Destiny Bond but Aggron's QC activates and it Metal Claws Gengar to death. I send in Garchomp.
T3 I pick Earthquake but QC activates again and Aggron Ice Punches and KOs Garchomp. I send in Scizor, fully expecting for QC to activate again and to die to Fire Punch.
T3 Scizor goes first and Superpowers, KO. In comes Honchkrow.
T4 Scizor Swords Dances, Honchkrow Thunder Waves.
T5 Scizor Bullet Punches, Honchkrow Plucks and eats my Sitrus Berry.
T6 Scizor Bullet Punches, KO. In comes Leafeon.
T7 Scizor Bullet Punches, Leafeon Curses.
I try to KO the Leafeon but it kills me with a critical hit Leaf Blade.

That was a real kick in the nuts, to be down 3-1, then KOing 2 in a row and dying to the 3rd, who kills you with a move that you quad resist. Time to get a Trick Mesprit/Cresselia.
 
I was slaying Hellhounds in RuneScape, and then I heard a really loud crash. I immediately got up from my seat to see the problem - I thought my mom had fell. She didn't, but she did accidentally knock something over. She wanted to say something to me, and so I talked to her for a bit. I came back and found myself with very low health. Before I had a chance to eat a shark, I was killed. I felt awful about it. :V
 
I died in Black Ops by an L96A1.
 
Tried to jump the hurdle on QWOP.... Didn't work.
 
I don't know if this counts, but on my iPod touchs I died by running into a cube on cube runner.

If it doesn't count then on Blacks Ops a guy threw a gernade into a building I was in.
 
By falling into a dark abyss on the Blast & Bounce stage in Donkey Kong Country Returns after getting hit by a weird spinning enemy... again. T_T
 
In Fallout: New Vegas, i used Fast Travel to get to a place near my objective, and got ganked by a swarm of Golden Geckos >_<
 
I got killed by an G11 on Black Ops. The guy was sitting at the back of the map. Ugh I hate campers.
 
Kino Der Toten, overrun by zombies, because people can't hold their sectors worth djjfjjsosoekxms. Yeah, it went so bad that I had to invent a new swear that is utterly random gibberish.
 
Myself and all my team mates were trapped and surrounded in a small room in BO and we all died of Nova Gas XD
 
I died wave 33 of zombies. We fought but then everyone started running out of ammo. One person would revive while the other people with no ammo would make themselves useful by buying traps or setting up the teleporter or gathering zombies to be blown away. Good times
 
Megaten, freaking Archangel had some kind of agenda against my principality or something. He would NOT leave me alone. .___. >mfw can't kill Archangels and everyone else is dead.
 
I fell in the poison water in Woodfall Temple in Majora's mask. Poor Link D;
 
I got killed by an MP5K on Black Ops because of lag.
