How is your sleep?

I'm pretty sure the fact that I didn't get any sleep at all last night really speaks volumes about how well I sleep.

I think I sleep fairly well, but when I really can't sleep I put on some soothing music (NOT pop. That just keeps me up) and I fall right to sleep.

How is your sleep? Do you sleep well at the end of the day?

Personally, I can't really sleep well at night even If I am tired. My mind just don't shut off, so I end up being zombie. I even fell asleep a couple of time at work and got caught. I don't want go with medication, so any tips would be good.

If you sleep well, what do you do? If not, what do you do? I know I'm not alone on this one {XD}

I perfectly understand your problem, I had it so many times, especially during my busy and hard periods with work and studying >_> I can recommend you to search for some good relaxing technics which you can practise during the day or right before sleeping, meditations for example, they really help :)
Also try not to drink too much coffee during the day and especially close for your time for sleeping, coffee really makes this thing more complicated >_> Another problem can be in your place for sleeping, especially the bed and mattress on it, persoanlly I'm not a fan of brand products similiar to these ones but good mattress, pillow and other stuf are really helpful :)
You can also try special relaxing tea with different natural components, it's good too but don't drink it too often. And try to avoid eating before your sleeping, it's one of the reasons for the lack of relax in the body in such cases >_>

I sleep anywhere, anytime.

Since the nights are getting a lot warmer, my sleep becomes a lot worse. Atleast I have more time to hang out with you guys on discord ;P

Ever since like high school I would be really fatigued throughout the day, no matter how much sleep I got. On average I got 5-6 hours everyday. Some days 12 hours, some days 3. It went up and down repeatedly. I have a very active mind so a lot of the times I don't fall asleep until early in the morning. Some days I am just extremely tired so I die in my bed immediately. It varies a lot.

Does this phenomena happen to anyone else? Feel very tired throughout the day no matter how much sleep you get? Does anyone know why?

My sleep is really good. I go to bed at a decent hour, usually before 11, and I wake up at around 7 or so. I used to have a shitty sleep schedule but after forcing myself to get into a good one, I feel hella healthier.

Man I remember being in like high school and going 2-3 days at a time without any sleep because of world of warcraft binges with friends lmfao

Looking back I have no idea how I was able to survive. I try not to get any less than 6 hours a night now if I can. I fall asleep pretty fast and sleep though just about anything, so this isn't much of an issue for me.

I've been sleeping really well over the past few months. Mostly because I have a good incentive to go to bed on time; me and my boyfriend always talk on the phone before we fall asleep c:

I sleep like a solid rock for a few hours, then wake up, then struggle a bit, then back to being dead to the world. I would kill for eight hours in a row of uninterrupted rock-sleep.

Seeing as 6 mosquitoes had a rave party in my room last night, sleep wasnt so well :P

I don't know when the last time was that I had a good, deep, uninterrupted sleep, or one that lasted for more than a short time anyway.

I tend to get woken up quite a bit by various things, whether it's because of something I do or because of outside forces (cat and weather come to mind), and I tend to more sleep in spurts of a few hours at a time than anything else. :[

I am enjoying my Summer off from school which means sleeping late. When I do sleep I sleep like a rock and it really has to be a loud noise to wake me up out of a sound sleep.

I am a very light sleeper which is why I don't get adequate sleep at night and take naps during the day when I have time which is hardly ever.

When my head hit the pillow I am out and I am a very sound sleeper. I hate it during the the school year when my alarm goes off at the crack of dawn.

Mine is pretty good. No weird dreams or interjection in the duration. And I think my cozy king size quilt and the mattress do the most of job. I feel sleepy once I get in the cover.
