Once. Me and my family were coming home from Virginia and when we got into DC while we were on our way back to Maryland, there was a huge traffic jam. I believe we were stuck for over an hour until we were able to move.

If the game became more of a chore than a fun playthrough along the way, I don't do NG+. I'd guess at least 12.

Maybe 5 times. The only one I remember refunding is Watch Dogs 2, I didn't like the NPCs noticing your gun and calling the police.
