6th Gen How To Get Beldum?

You can get a Beldum from a Poke Ball inside Steven's house in Mossdeep City after the Delta Episode. It also comes holding an Iron Plate.
 
To add to what Hikari said, a shiny event Beldum is available via Mystery Gift. You only have till Janurary 14 to get it, though.
 
You can get Beldum in two ways.

The Original Way: Beat the game, beat the bonus episode, then go to Steven Stone's House find it waiting for you along with the Iron Plate (like Hikamaru said).

The Download Way: The special, shiny one was available since game launch. Connect to Mystery Gift (before continuing your game) and connect to Nintendo's network. Then just download it to get your new pokemon.

These are the only two ways to get it, other than trade or passing it up from previous generations.
