I'm the type of sick twisted person eho would prefer to think all of the misfortunes that would occur with Pokemon in reality.

• Casualties of war would have a much larger count.
• They would eventually kill off real animals because of their superior survival skills.
• They would cause disaster to humans such as power outages, earthquakes, fires, and floods.
• Criminals would would obtain immense power.
• People would begin to crossbreed them.
• "Madden Pokemon 09!"
• A POed legendary would force everyone into bomb shelters.
• Humans would find them too dangerous, and there wouldn't be any Pokemon before long.
• To all of you who say you're going to be bigshot trainers and such, your fun would end when a stray Pokemon paralyzes you or something along those lines.
• Zoo Keepers' jobs would be a lot more interesting.
• We'd have to ship massive amounts of water out to space to ensure we don't drown.
• Assuming in-game egg groups would be carried over, Wailord+Diglett=Giant whale moles digging around under cities, potentially sinking New York.
• The amount of furries in the world would sky rocket.

I totally agree with all this. Not to mention that:

* The world's - even the universe's - survival hangs in the balance of a group of unstable gods who need only a little push by mankind to go berserk and/or try to destroy the world. Or we might just be destroyed one day as collateral damage between a battle of legendaries, and they wouldn't even bat an eye at our annihilation.

* Porygons will evolve generation after generation, each time becoming exponentially more powerful and intelligent, until they decide humans are evil/worthless/destructive and start a machine war.

* Slavery would run rampant in countries that never developed a moral code against it (and considering the usefulness of pokemon slaves, how many would?), leaving billions of pokemon under the lash of their overlords as their populations slowly waste away. There might also be a massive slave revolt organized by a sympathetic human or an intelligent and charismatic pokemon, and if that happened, every human in the area would be doomed.

* Pokemon species are over-hunted to extinction by trainers, criminals, and conventional hunters, leading to the collapse of entire ecosystems and leaving billions starving and throwing governments into anarchy. A Legendary might even intervene if conditions get bad enough, and decide that humans really aren't worth having around after all.

* Advanced genetic engineering is used to create breeds of super-pokemon for a government or criminal organization, again throwing nature off balance and posing a threat to the other nations of the world. Alternatively, a Nazi-like government comes into power and decides that Eugenics was really a great idea after all, hunting down and either killing or sterilizing "weak" pokemon or even going all the way with genocide. Of course, maybe they'll just make a supervirus that'll make Ebola look like a little firecracker.

Well, the Pokémon world has no poverty, homelessness, etc. That is a good enough reason to want to live in that world even if Pokémon didn't exist there. In another thread, I said it seems like a socialist paradise. Yes, it would be like living in Sweden except there will be Pokémon too.

These are some of the things I can picture happening:

Arceus flys over a church/some other religeous building and says "You know what, I don't like anyone who doesn't worship us legendaries." and then zaps the place with an evil lightningbolt and leaves it a burning hole.

A little girl reaches down to pet a meowth but accidentally scratches it's charm. Meowth goes into a rage-filled rampage and begins attempting to murder people.

Darkrai and Cresselia are fighting when a little girl- possibly the same one from before -walks by. Cresselia says "Hey, will you please tell us who is the better legendary?" The little girl looks up and says "You are pretty and nice and my mommy said that he causes nightmares which means that he is a bad boy so you are better." (battle music starts) A wild Very POd Darkrai appeared! The wild Darkrai used 'find a sharp object and stab the little girl repeatedly'. It's a one-hit-KO! Little girl died.

Someone tries to take riding lessons on a ponyta but the ponyta decides that it doesn't like the person. BURN!

Your anti-virus software detects and destroys a virus on your computer. Suddenly, an angry MissingNo. comes bursting out and severely inures you.

these are the things that people must think before they want real world to be pokemon world

Lastly pokemons must stay in pokemon world and humans must stay in human world and they should never meet each other

Maybe that happened.... maybe that is why Christianity seem to doesn't exist in the anime.

the other day i heard noises in as i walked past a bush during night and for a few seconds i was totally convinced that there was a pack of Houndour in there - probably because i'd just watched an episode with them in it before i went out.
If they were real i would so drop out of school and get a squirtle.

I'd be awesome if Pokémon actually were real. But I think we all know it wouldn't work out that well. :< I mean, our world isn't as "perfect" as the pokémon one is, and people would use Pokémon too kill etc.

Also lets face it, we have some real sick people out there, and we have groups of children on their own with very little or no parental supervision. Lets take Kangaskhan for example, it always carries it's young with it. In the real world cattle are very docile creatures but are known to attack if they feel their young is being threatened. Now to me Kangaskhan looks very dangerous and if someone were to venture near it then death will come.

Oh heck Yeah! I'd prefer it more when we have resolved some of our biggest Problems we have at the Moment as it would mean there would be less suposéd "Casualties". I wouldn't Mind Jettin' straight to the neares' Lab to pick up mah Chikorita! Wouldn' mind it a Tiny Bit! Could do with such a Companion Like I said, the bes' time for the Reality of Pokémon to be revealed would be when we have solved all our Major Problems right now such as War, Famine, Third World Countries etc etc.

I'm not sure about a "nation of idiots" because it seemed to me that only a certain # of kids in each town dropped out to become trainers. From what I recall, honestly I haven't watched the anime in awhile, we see more people with actual professions than trainers. That is to say: Doctors, Professors, Nurses, Police Officers etc etc.

And for everyone stating that there would be havoc and chaos...well..that's true to a degree. But look at it this way: We coexist with animals now, right? And there are more than a few dangerous ones. The way I figure it is if Pokemon did exist than we would have the technology and understanding as well to cope with them.

But we are talking about Pokemon in the REAL world. We aren't talking about an anime here. You may say only a certain number would drop out, but that would only be the start that number would soon increase as time goes by.

We hardly co-exist at all, we pretend we are superior. When an animal kills a human what does man do? We kill it. Also Animals like bears and tigers don't have the ability to shoot flames, water or vines like Pokemon do. Think about it, the best a rat can do in real life is give us Weils disease but in Pokemon it can zap you with tens of thousands of volts of electricity which will cause you to explode.
