Kanto: Mewtwo
Johto: Ho-Oh - Favorite Pokémon ever <3
Hoenn: Latios
Sinnoh: Lucario Palkia
Unova: Zekrom
 
Kanto: Mewtwo

Hoenn: Kyogre
Sinnoh: Heatran
Unova: I know nothing of Gen V.
 
For the poll, I'm tied between Articuno and Raikou...

Ok guys getting allot of good legendaries here!
 
Kanto: Mewtwo - Mewtwo has always been one of the most powerful Pokemon, it still is today four generations later.
Johto: Suicune - This was a tough one between Lugia and Suicune, but ever since the release of Crystal it's always been one of my most favorite Pokemon.
Hoenn: Latios - My favorite Dragon and favorite legend of all time, I love it's design.
Sinnoh: Dialga - This was another tough choice, but, I chose Dialga for it's brilliant typing. In the Ubers Metagame one must always prepare for Dialga. It's very unique.
Unova: Reshiram - I dislike most of the Unova legendarys outside of Reshiram and Zekrom, but I choose Reshiram for being the first Fire and Dragon Type. Even though most Dragons can breathe fire. We finally have a Dragon-Type to receive STAB from it's fire attacks.
 
In the whole game--I'd choose Jirachi.

Kanto - Mew
Johto - Suicune
Hoenn - Jirachi
Sinnoh - Shaymin (Sky form)
Unova - Meloetta (Pirouette form)

Hoenn: Feebas
Sinnoh: Agumon
Unova: Elesa

I'd catch Deoxys because of how it achieves versatility in battle with its 4 forms.

In each region:
Kanto: Mewtwo
Johto: Ho-oh
Hoenn: Deoxys
Sinnoh: Palkia
Unova: Reshiram
 
Kanto: Mew
Johto: Celebi
Hoenn: Latias
Sinnoh: Shaymin

If it'd had to be one it would be Latias, followed by Rayquaza, followed by mew. After that, no specific order.

Unova: Reshiram
 
I know nothing about gen 1, 2 and 3 so...!

BW (5th Gen) :: Victini, Reshiram and Meloetta.
