The first is "God." The second is "Erik."

The first one is kinda tricky. I've self-proclaimed myself as god of my religion (Lightningism) and the people who follow my religion (there are actual followers! I've got about 10 :D) call me God. So... not sure who to say gave me that name. Does it count as nicknaming myself? o_O; Anyway, the second name comes from Kura. <_<;
3.do you like your nickname or not?
Well, I evidently love the first nickname. xD Who wouldn't? The second, well, it bugs me, but I now answer to it, so it's not as bad anymore. Actually, if anyone says, "Erik" IRL now, I actually answer. o_O; It's kind of sad, really.
