Could I beat Seattle? I bet I could get past his Murkrow and Houndour, but I would struggle against Carvahna. Because of Roggenrola's sturdy, I'll go with yes.

OH and you- yeah you got lucky but you didn't have to random your team...you could just pick.

Simple and troublesome, which should be enough work to get the Omen Badge
 
I got Linoone, and the number 1. So I guess that means 3 fully unevolved normal type Pokemon... hmm... (I guess this really forces me to think.)

1. Eevee
2. Spinda (that counts, right?)
3. Minccino

I considered using Smeargle, but decided against it. I certainly wouldn't be a tough gym leader, would I? lol

And what would I call the gym badge...? Hmm, the normal type doesn't give me many options... perhaps the adaptability badge? It doesn't really sound right but it's the best I can think of.

I would probably go with the poison half of Venonat, so I would have on my team:
Crobat (POISON/Flying)
Croagunk (POISON/Fighting)
Ariados (Bug/POISON)

Beat me with this team to get a Swamp Badge.


If I was going with the bug half of Venonat, I would have:
Yanmega (BUG/Flying)
Volcarona (Fire/BUG)
Heracross (BUG/Fighting)

Beat me with this team to get a Beatle Badge.
 
My randomly generated Pokemon was Shieldon, and I got the number 1. I choose Steel, so:
- Mawile
- Skarmory
- Pawniard

I would give out the Blade Badge. Could I beat the gym leader above me? I think I'd have a good chance with the Poison team, but I'd probably get my butt kicked with the Bug team because of Volcarona. Plus, I just plain suck at battling. xP This was fun (and confusing), it helped me practice figuring out the advantages and disadvantages of different type combinations, something I am sorely bad at.

I will hand out the Piss Badge out of spite to anyone who beats me. And yeah, I could probably beat the guy above me. Poliwrath would destroy Mawile and Pawinard, and I'd find a way to beat Skarmory with Crawdaunt and Totodile. I think I should decide on what to say before a match as well. How about, "You're Pokemon are piss-poor! I shall send them to a watery grave!"

You did great! you even wrote before and post-match text!
I like the way you actually used the "Gym leader formula"....like getting 2 of the same pokemon and then a different one, slightly stronger.
