    In XY, we had the option to choose to play the game in a variety of languages from the start, however, the language couldn't be changed once the game was started. How likely do you think it would be for this feature to return in ORAS?

    I think that something very interesting in XY was the selection of languages. For example, my original language is Spanish... And I didn't need to wait some weeks, months or something else for the translation of the language in the last game.

    I think that the option "Language Selection" is going to be for ORAS, absolutely... This is the best option for Pokémon in general and GameFreak.

    I think it's very likely this will come back.

    Which is great, it was nice to play through my game in French, kept my language skills from getting rusty when I wasn't in class. :P

    It's pretty likely we will be getting this feature back as it was in XY, so I'm pretty sure you won't be able to change them after you started the game tho.

    I'm sure they'll keep X/Y's language selection for this game, it seemed like a good move on Game Freak's part and if they removed it suddenly it would have been taking a step backwards.

    I really, really hope it comes back. I loved practicing German while playing Pokemon ;0;

    So muc better i wont have to pay postage fees for getting an english game although i probably do this time round because THEY ONLY RELEASE IT HERE A WEEK LATE 111
    WHY NINTENDO OF EUROPE/GERMANY!!!

    I don't find anything wrong with keeping that option. People can set the language that suits them the most. My native language is French, but I've always played the games in English, so much that I barely know any French Pokemon name.

    Likely that it returns, and with good reason. Extremely helpful and simple feature that should have been implemented generations prior to X and Y. Now that they've come to their senses, hopefully it'll be something they continue to offer in Pokemon games for the rest of the series' existence.

    It was a good feature, especially since some people in certain countries don't speak that country's primary language. Plus, from an educational point of view, it can somewhat help teach people other languages! (I doubt that was on Game Freak's mind when they chose to implement it, but you never know XD) I'm certain it'll return to ORAS and any other future main Pokemon games; it'd be even sillier than Challenge Mode not returning if it didn't.

    I loved the language feature, especially for someone like me that likes playing games in other languages or just enjoy other languages in general, I sure hope it returns - just wished they add more languages in OR/AS.

    Also forgot - i also liked the fact that I didn't have to buy & import the games from other countries just for the language, and knowing that the 3DS is region lock, risk not being able to enjoy the game (I would have to buy a 3DS from that region - way too expensive) - this way I can buy the game 6 or 7 times and play them in various languages.

    Hmm. So in XY, we had English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean to choose from. What other languages will they add? I hope they introduce Chinese and Russian in ORAS. Maybe even Arabic?

    Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and Arabic are amongst the top 10 languages with the largest number of (native) speakers in the world along with Spanish, English, and French. So it'll be great to see those added. Malay-Indonesian, Portuguese, Bengali, Hindustani are the other four.

    I kinda wonder if they will separate each language in each region? Let's say have English and French for the NA, English, German, French, Russian, Arabic, Italian, Spanish for European, English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese for Asian?
