Our apartment doesn't have central heating and while that definitely saves money, it sucks when I'm sleeping in the bed and it's hot/cold, the aircon wouldn't do much since it's in the other room. Gonna need to get thicker blankets soon. D:

We definitely have isolation. But it also helps when your neighbors heat up the environment. Also: don't need no radiator if there's no Winter to begin with. <_<

I mean, maybe you don't have the Canadian -25°C winter, but still even around 0°C you would need a radiator XD
