Last One to Post Wins! v4

Lucky; literally!
 
I had roughly 2,5 boxes of shinies from the Ultra Wormhole hunting I did, roughly 1,5 box of shinies in Legends and I've still not finished that game or actually hunted anything in it lol
Then there's all the wild encounter SV shinies and the breeding shinies that I've actually hunted for. It's probably like 6-7 boxes total? Idk, I ain't doing a count xD

What the heck? I'm calling you PM7 now lol
 
It's really easy in SV, just knock out a horde and then make a shiny sandwich. Sometimes you don't get anything, but I got at least 1 shiny like 90% of the time.
and there were multiple instances of multiple shinies during the same sandwich :cool:

I do miss the shiny sound from PLA though =\

Shiny hunting in Legends: Arceus and Scarlet and Violet is actually quite easy. And it's pretty fun in Legends, as that mainly requires clearing out a ton of Mass/Massive Mass Outbreaks. It could be the same in SV, but not as fun thanks to the more than a hundred more encounters. I don't do SV Mass Outbreaks much, but in Legends I do and my most a day was five (and I think that was only a few hours)

Earliest i remember is playing Red on someone's GBC. i didn't touch Pokèmon again until i stumbled upon the Mystery Dungeon spinoff. i have Red on VC but there are no shinies in Red or Mystery Dungeon. and i'm not very patient for hunting either

So that's why you don't have any shinies. I don't think you can get shinies in Mystery Dungeon games, and shinies didn't exist in Gen 1!
 
L:A shiny hunting is fun yeah! I really love that game honestly, it has a special place in my heart. <3 I wish I didn't drain the game of all its content so I still had something left to do in it, I guess shiny hunting counts though? aha

They should've made a reward for perfecting the Dex, huh? The only reason why I'm doing it is because I want to take the pride in it. Still can't believe you have to defeat and catch 15 Magnemite and Magneton each when they only spawn in Distortions in the Coastlands. Absolutely outrageous
