    Seeing as I have nothing better to do, I'd like to survey the political landscape of this forum. Here are the simple steps:

    1). Click here.
    2). Take and finish the test.
    3). Post your results.


    I will start of with my results here.
     
    I have a few issues with this test because its difficult for some right-libertarians to achieve their true score because you have to be pro-corportasism (which right-libertarians are against). Its also hard for a Christian libertarian to get his or her proper score as well. For example, I believe that sex outside wedlock is immoral, but I think the government should be out of it. If I put strongly disagree, it puts me as farther authoritarian, but if I strongly agree, i go against my beliefs. As a result of these two things (being a Christian, right-libertarian), Ill have to skew my results a bit. To confirm my results, Ill take another political test and the libertarian purity test.

    Well, lets see what I get! I imagine my score will be farther left than I truly am because I dont know how to answer each economic question appropriately (answer it to be pro-corporatism).

    The last time I took the gotoquiz, my political compass puts me at an anarchy-capitalist. I believe in a form of government, so I am higher up than what it puts me (though not much higher up). As far as the economic scale, I believe it places me accurately. Now lets see what I get here!

    ^well that put me VERYYYY far down lol. I am pretty far down, but not that far in my opinion. I am a little farther up.

    Hi, I'm a liberal-libertarian. Several of you will think I'm dead-wrong on certain things and a part of the "dumb sheeple", but I don't really care. I form my own opinion on matters and have a generally rigid set of ideals that I compare new issues against to arrive at my opinion.

    Hmm...it seems I've shifted a bit from last time...normally it has me just a bit more authoritarian (not by much, though) and significantly more right-leaning (although BadSheep is correct in that this test does not really take libertarian ideals very well when it comes to right-wing economics).

    This, seems more likely to be the best one tbh. This is my results:

    Collectivism score: 0%
    Authoritarianism score: -33%
    Internationalism score: 33%
    Tribalism score: -17%
    Liberalism score: -50% (probably because I checked all the things for protecting our liberties from other countries, but w/e. And hard drugs. Marijuana should be legal though.).

    This will probably be added in the OP since the other can kind of skew things. I also don't see it as that accurate because some questions group things that I do and do not agree with (I.E I don't think euthanasia should be legal, but suicide and abortion should be.)

    I also don't like how Collectivism is scored. I get put on Left-Leaning if I say welfare is a good idea, which it is to a point. (I.E the welfare recipient should only be getting welfare for a temporary amount of time until they can get a job. It is a safety net for those who just enter the work force, and per say, gets laid off and needs a job after a few months.). I am not a collectivist. I merely think that something to get a worker back on his feet for a good 3 to 6 months so he can find a job is a good idea, and if he does not find a job, he should be given a job so he doesn't suck it up all day.

    yay people like you exist! Personally I'm slowly becoming AnCap. I used to support Rand more, like a couple days ago lol. But he isn't perfect at all and is not "libertarian enough" so to speak. however, he is the best out of them all this year.

    Yep! we're out there even if our numbers are none too great at the moment.

    I'm more interested in the ethical and economical sides of these viewpoints.

    Personally, I relate less to the more traditional characters and personalities of the movement and lean more towards the approach Stefan Molyneux and Thomas Woods.

    Non-Aggression Principle for the win. You are totally right, Libertarianism is a lot about ethics, as well as the economy.

    I have watched a few of Stefan Molyneux's videos, and I like them in contrast to Adam Kokesh's videos. Not that
    I dislike Adam Kokesh; I actually enjoy his content. While Adam Kokesh is a very peaceful individual and does not do anything wrong, he does appear like a jerk- even if he is proving a point. Would you consider Ron Paul a "traditional character?"
