Here's the Artleaker 2.0 "leak". I didn't see this posted on here, but I haven't been on too frequently the past couple of days.

Thought this would be more fun to post than claim it's at all legit. There was definitely a flaw in the last leak, namely that there are only 4 totem pokemon which I am 99% sure is not accurate.

Synchro Evolution

Let's talk Synchro. Although I don't think that "Evolution" is the right term for it, it's just a form.

Beware, the following are major plot spoilers:

Kukui studies moves, we know that. He's been doing that for years and continues to do so when we meet him.

What we don't know is that he knows that certain Pokémon have...potential, let's put it that way. Z-Moves require Z-Stones to get activated, but in his career he has seen various iterations of Pokémon performing one withouth the need of a stone. I'm talking, of course, about the starters. And Rockruff's evo.

So he keeps a Rockruff to study for himself (and the bracelet is based on Rockruff collar, if you didn't notice) and gives out Rowlet, Litten and Popplio to young trainers in order to gain information and empiric proofs.
The Synchronization manifests itself just like in Ash's Greninja, so minor changes in the general look to match the trainers it bonds with.

So yes, you'll get multiple version of starters, which are based on your look (see attached image for example). Have you wondered why all the final evos are sort of humanoid and have big tufts of fur/feathers on their face?

Of course they'll be able to perform a special Z-Move, just like the big Water Shuriken used Ash Greninja or the big Z beam from 100% Zygarde, and they won't need the stone at all.

It all links back to Azoth, since the starters+Popplio represent the main 4 ingredients of Alchemy (or something along those lines).

Seriously, they may as well have said that their uncle worked for GF... These fake leaks are getting so generic there's probably a template for them.

That pic of Popplio's final evolution (Entermaid?) having different hair based on the trainer's hair is very interesting, since it would give some unique factor to the starter, although I doubt Game Freak would want to go that far.

Remember how one of the four main leaks mentioned split evolutions for the starters? What if it's actually referring to the different forms they take to look more like your character (just like Ash-Greninja)?

The main reason I don't believe this leak is because the stage 2 starters literally just look like mini versions of their final evolution. Every other starter (excluding Gen I) always has their middle evo look different to their final (with maybe the exclusion of a select few). But seriously, Litten's stage 2 looks like a smaller version of it's leaked "concept art", and so do the other two. I mean, Rowlett's second stage even shares the leaf helm with Sewaddle. That to me is the biggets red flag.

That said, I really like the first stage art of the lava pig (evolution looks shit). If that became a real Pokemon I wouldn't be disappointed. Turt's pre evo is cute so I wouldn't mind that, but the rest are shit. But like I said, no way these are real so I'm not worried, or bothered by it, at all.

I like how that leak is actually more convincing than the others in regards to synchro evolution, utilizing Kukui's background as a professor studying Pokemon moves to explain how exactly the starters can perform Z-moves without the Z-stones. I'm still going to say it's a fake, but it's a convincing fake, especially the concept Solrock and Lunatone which look pretty neat!

That "concept art" of Solrock and Lunatone makes it seem as if they are evolutions of Minior... which was something that crossed my mind upon first seeing it.

I was actually thinking of the "Minior as Lunatone/Solrock pre-evo" rumor as well when I saw these Alolan Lunatone and Solrock drawings. Hopefully they won't be the only non-Kanto Alola Forms because I don't want all the 1st Gen fanservice to ruin another good concept.

It's definitely possible! Although I suspect that if it were the case, then TPC would've already shown Minior as being a pre-evolution when they revealed it, right? Maybe they're related in a different way...

Could be. Minior is classified as the meteor Pokemon, while Solrock, and Lunatone are 'meteorite' Pokemon, so there's at least a theme there. Interestingly, meteorites are what meteors are called once they reach earth. Minior is said to live in the atmosphere, but once it become big enough it clashes down to the earth...

It's also possible that Minior could be like the Tyrogue and have a third possible evolution, in which that fact could be revealed, but that's just my wild theory of the moment xD.

Or even more likely, if Minior is the pre-evo, they could be saving the reveal of Sol and Luna as the evos for it when they show off their Alola formes.

I don't think there's an actual leak saying it, but people do heavily speculate on the Lunatone/Solrock connection.

I'm also guessing it's fake, although i really liked Alola Solrock and Lunatone. As many people said, they remind me of Minior so I wouldn't really mind it being a pre-evo of the Alola Forms!

I hope Lunatone & Solrock do get something, I feel like they're waaay overdue some sort of extra companion. I don't think Minior will be related to them but I do however think we will see some sort of evolution variation split between the two.

I really like the lava pig for some reason. The final stage looks like it's based from the Hawaiian goddess of fire and the volcanoes, Pele.

I also wonder if we'll get a heads-up announcement for the 1st at the last minute. That has happened once before, I can't remember if it was this month or July when it happened.

I'm sure there was a leak/rumor saying September 1st was when a trailer would next drop, so we'll wait for Thursday and if a trailer doesn't come out we'll call the leak as fake. Since June, we often got trailers at the beginning of a month so it would be weird if we didn't get a trailer at the start of next month.

The snowman is Ice/Ghost and called "Dulfrost". The lobster is called "Loboxter" and it's exclusive to Sun (Crawbrawler is exclusive to Moon apparently) The rock thing is an evolution to "Rockaby" whatever that is....I think there was a leak about a Pokemon like that maybe? I don't know I can't keep up with all these leaks anymore.

I think the original post was deleted though. He said they were from a trailer that's being released soon. From what I remember the guy mentioned the previous leaker (with the lava pig) and said that most of it was correct. (although I think he worded it more like some of those leaked Pokemon just weren't in the trailer)

They look a little more believable with the way they have been drawn. It's hard to detect what is real and fake with the amount of leaks we've been flooded with over the past couple of months. Personally, I hope these are real because I like the idea of the exclusive Pokemon and these designs look pretty nice!

Yeah I was just going to post that.

Although I guess you could argue that a fake leaker could have seen those statues and come up with the idea that they might be based on a Pokemon. It's not the first time Pokemon have been depicted as statues or appeared in-world in some other form.

Still, if this is fake I have to applaud the guy behind it. They're pretty crafty.
