I guess learn, if I can't have the old reliable ice punch. I'm not crazy about going last, but it could work with the right tanky Pokemon. Since there are a limited number of physical ice moves that are 100% accurate and can do a lot of damage there are situations where I have considered it.

Nah, trapping isn't really my style of battle, unless I'm just forced to with a roaming legendary. Even then I'd rather have a move like mean look that more Pokemon can learn.
