Learn, I love it as a last middle finger to your opponent when any other attack you use won't be enough to kill your enemy, and they are definitely going to be able to kill you when their turn comes. With prediction you can turn your opponent's gain into a loss.

Pain split?

Learn. I actually have found use with that move.

Sucker Punch

Forget. I'd rather just guarantee getting damage in than having it fail if the opponent uses a non attacking move.

Dragon Ascent ?

Forget, it's fury attack by another name, and I don't like fury attack since it's unreliable in strength and accuracy.

Magma storm?

With that accuracy I'd rather go for Flamethrower. Forget.

Natural Gift ?

Forget, interesting idea, an attack that's power and type can be customized with berries. l think it's not convenient as a coverage move though since it stops working once the berry is consumed
also agree, magma storm is too inaccurate. I just like the name!

Solar beam?

Learn if I have a Pokemon that can set up Sunlight. Forget otherwise.

Charge Beam ?

Learn! Temporarily lol. It is a good middle ground electric move, until Thunderbolt etc.

It can be good situationally, but generally speaking it's a forget for me.

Double Kick ?

Learn as an early game move, a Nidoran with double kick is your ticket to a Boulder badge in Pokemon Yellow.

Wish?

I'd prefer something like Slack Off as it heals right away, but if the mon doesn't learn any moves like that then Wish is a learn.

Night Shade ?

Learn it on defensive pokemon like dusclops that will benefit more from dealing damage based on level, than their attack stat.

Psyshock?

Learn, pretty solid move.

Disarming Voice ?

Learn in the early game, it's not a bad fairy move.

Fake out?

Forget. Gets a flinch but rarely does any good damage if ever at all. Might be good to break Sturdy but that's about it.

Shadow Force ?

Swift
