Learn! a staple Grass move, always been one of my favorites~ I am SO going to buff that move in my fangame

What about Icicle Spear?
 
Learn, scald would be better but for an HM surf is more than decent. You still got yourself a very strong, accurate water move that a Iot of non water types are compatible with, and in doubles you can heal a friend with water absorb or dry skin.

Perish song?
 
Forget, I don't like the idea of the user also taking serious damage afterwards.
