Oh man Zubats and Tentacools were annoying as heck for me but mainly the Zubats.

Well I would have to say that zubats, geodudes and digletts mainly because they appear a lot and they have annoying cries when they pop up, and sometimes it irriates me when I'm listening to the game music.
