In the words of Olivia Newton John, "let's get physical." No matter if you are a beginner, in-shape, could lose a few pounds, younger or older, an accomplished athlete, or whatever the case may be, we can always use encouragement and advice in order to improve our physical health through exercise and nutrition.
Just a reminder, be sure to be a good sport. Respect each other's fitness goals and input. Civil discussion is encourage, but please be sure to be constructive. There are many unknowns when it comes to diet and exercise, we can all learn a thing or two from each other.

Spoiler:
What is this?
We have all heard this phrase before, "Looking to get in shape this summer?!?!" Don't worry. This is not an infomercial; so you are safe to proceed.
For our first challenge, let's keep it simple. All members should commit at least one hour a day to exercise. For some, maybe walking is a good place to start. For others, a more rigorous exercise such as cardio or weight training may suit them best. And for those of you that don't like "working out", maybe some competitive sports might work best. Be creative and try new things!
