I am of legal drinking age (19+) in Canada and was at the time of that parade.

I just don't drink. I don't like the thought of me drunk...Oh, God, I'd be a hot mess and a half and I know it...:V

EDIT: Reply #1000 FTW? =D

Openly gay here though you probably wouldn't guess that if you met me, lol. :P

And to pick up on label thing, what is it people have against them? It's a way of describing someone, or yourself. If we didn't have these social "labels" we'd never know anything about anyone.

scarf... you wore a dress to a school dance?! :o WOW! That takes major guts...
I was so scared when I got there I almost turned around and went home. It was a pretty ugly dress though... floral print. A girl who wore a tux was there too, and she got crap for it like I did, which is kind of strange because there's usually a double standard.

And while I'm posting I'm gonna apologize for reacting to some people's comments, most the ones along the "why does sexuality matter?" lines. I read that as people saying we shouldn't have a thread like this, or that everyone should keep it to themselves, and not as "sexuality shouldn't matter". I sort of assumed everyone (barring the hostile people) knew that's what most of us wish were true so the wording seemed sorta hostile. Sorry all.

Yeah, very strange. I see girls wear tuxedos (mostly without the jacket, though.) and they always seem to get away with it without any trouble.

Me I've only worn a dress once. It was awesome. Tuxedos fail along with pretty much everything else masculine. Males have no style. xD

Seriously, men's formal and dresswear is just really not good looking IMO. It's just no fun. I want a dress. >_>

Lol well they're trying to bring manskirts this spring as the latest fashion (at least at some clothes stores), so who knows it might become popular.
Oh god.

._.

My Algebra teacher in a man skirt..X_O

You know those overweight really old teachers? That's my Algebra teacher.

You know those overweight really old teachers that is on a swim team and for some unknown reason thinks everyone wants to see him in a speedo so he puts up a picture of him at a meet in the classroom? That's my Algebra teacher.

I've never even heard of a 'manskirt' let alone seen one, I still know I wouldn't be caught dead in one however. <.<

You have no style if you think Tuxedos suck >:O

X3

It's especially sexy if you only wear the tie and pants. :D

I wouldn't want you algebra teacher. XC

Speaking of teachers, the coolest looking one I ever got was my eighth grade science teacher. He was really skinny, and looked like a Smooth Jazz saxophone player. :D
AND HIS WIFE LOOKED LIKE KATY PERRY. I SHIP YOU NOT.

[PokeCommunity.com] LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual) anyone?

I kind of like it :p

I kind of don't.

It looks like hot guy's upper body, with a woman's lower body making me wonder if it's actually a hot guy.

.....and he's not even that hot. :/

[/offtopic] Oh, you know those sayings?
like,
Not every -A- is a(n) -B-,
But every -B- is a(n) -A-

?

well, I was talking about that with an ex-friend the other day,
and he said;
"Yeah! like,
Not every gay is a transvestite,
but every transvestite is gay"

Me:
"....um, No."

XC
silly misconceptions.

Hey, I just bought a nice suit and tie for a wedding next week. Thanks for making me feel bad. XD

Not being trans, I can't really relate to your viewpoint, but I do have to admire those that are brave enough to go out in public crossdressed.

I have a story about two or three years ago...I was doing my regular job at a manly sporting goods store. Suddenly an obvious transvestite walks in (as in the kind that's six feet tall without the heels and has noticeable upper body musculature). A couple of my younger co-workers were snickering to eachother at the sight immaturely. >_< Right then, another coworker of mine (who was about as manly as you can get and about my age) jokingly slapped those two saying, "You guys don't have the right to laugh. I bet neither of you would look that pretty in a miniskirt."

I think I derailed that story somewhere along the line, but it was a funny/profound moment for me. XD

I like that story even though it's sort of encouraging and disheartening at the same time. x3

I hope there are more mature people out there than there seem to be. I'm not 6 feet tall, but it would take a lot of work before I could even hope of passing. Not that that is my ultimate goal, but it'd be nice if I could. I know I should be confident however I look, but I don't want to have people snickering everywhere I go. ._.

That picture is NOT hot. Sorry.

If that's what's in, I'm out, kthnx. :V

Okay, well maybe it's not tuxedos, but without the jacket I just don't like it. A tucked in white shirt shirt with black pants? Sooo tacky (IMO.)

I don't see the appeal in tucked in shirts in the first place.

I didn't necessarily mean to make anybody feel bad. D:

I just do not understand the appeal to men's dresswear at all. That certainly doesn't help the fact that I have to wear it on occasion.

Girls in my band class wearing it to concerts also doesn't help. They can cross-dress all they want, that's not my problem with it... It's just: 1.) Why wear that when you can wear something...better? 2.) If they can wear that than I should should be able to wear a dress, even if I did identify as a male!

...So yes, it essentially comes down to thoughts that are forcing my opinions down on them and immaturity. Not my proudest thoughts... But it happens. xD
