The number of lesbians are the same, it's the number of female bisexuals that is growing. And this is my theory:

Everyone is bisexual. They may prefer one sex over another but they are still bisexual.

I am technically bisexual. I would be lying if I said I was never attracted to a female. However, I am much much much more attracted to males. I can easily live without the female sex, not the male sex. And this holds true for my straight friends too. They all say that have had sexual attractions to the same sex on MULTIPLE occasions. All my straight friends say that. And all my gay friends say they have had sexual attractions towards the opposite sex.

That's my theory anyway, based on what I have seen.

I've seen many girls who are only lesbians, some even dressing like a man. I doubt your theory is true taking as example those lesbians (and me myself, hehehe). Those lesbians are already beyond the line of acceptance of society, why else would they care only about women when they could have both?

I can give you assurance that I am NOT bisexual. I only like females. I am not sexually attracted to males at all.

Your theory sounds nice, but I don't believe it's true.

Agreed, it's not true. I've never once considered being with another woman. I am just not attracted sexually to them. :/ I like men, and I'm not bisexual either.

God forbid, but I rather my man be castrated and love him that way than to ever have sex with a woman :/
It's not just the genitals either, is the whole physical being of the opposite sex. There is much more difference between the sexes than just genitals. Sure some people can look androgynous, but if you were to take off their clothes and analyze the shape of their bodies, the way they hold themselves, etc, you'd see it.

I couldn't and wouldn't even kiss a girl. I find the thought of it just distasteful and a little.. disturbing to me. :/ I don't care if other girls wanna kiss each other but I just.. couldn't bring myself to kiss one, myself.

:/ To be honest I don't like girls who kiss other girls for attention. I always felt like a kiss is something special, and if you're gonna kiss every person you see, I feel that it'd be pretty whorish. :/ I dunno why people can't just kiss people they're attracted to. Kissing isn't a competition.
 
There's always the Kinsey scale, 0 is 100% straight, 6 is 100% Gay, and 3 would be 50:50 bisexual, people appear at different places on it. sure, some people might be 100% in one direction but imo it's going to be very few, out of a potential 3.4 billion people are you saying you would never be attracted to a single one of them? :P There's no such thing as black and white, just shades of grey. :3

For the record I consider myself something of a 5.5, pretty much exclusively gay (thus far) but I'm not saying I would never be attracted to a girl, anything could happen with the right amount of alcohol and Pluto's alignment with the moon or something.
 
Im one of those people who doesn't believe a person can be strictly one way or another. It is really hard to think that someone can not find the muscle tone, masculinity, roughness, hairiness and all of the sexy things that a man can bring to you attractive in the least bit, or the softness, femininity, curves, or beauty of a woman. There are just too many things to fall for for both. I don't dat women, but I do find them attractive, and I don't see how anyone can't. Men, its really a whole different tale <333 haha

But this is a matter of what turns you on sexually.

I can see how people find men attractive, but just not in a sexual way.

Yeaaah... it's one thing to find someone attractive. Any woman can (usually) tell when another woman is attractive. Any man can likely pick out the hottest guys in the room. That has nothing to do with whether or not they will be at all sexually attracted to them. :/ Anyone can appreciate beauty or general attractiveness but that has little relation to whether or not that'll turn them on in the bedroom, to be blunt. (And sexuality is, as the word implies, related to what you are physically/sexually attracted to.)

this is my opinion on gays:
its unnatual to me and many other ppl and if ppl start to accept
them there will be more gays. and if the whole world by some chance turns gay....
we're screwed so if youre gonna youre one step closer to ending mankind just cuz you wanna take it up the ass
