Makes sense to keep Hypno out indeed. No idea about it's hunting patterns in Paldea, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if it still hunted Komala there.

also... now that i have the shiny charm, i can keep trying for the shiny female sprigatito egg... i hatched two females.. but they were regulars...

edit at 8:23 pm on 24/10/23 - it's been over 50 sprigatito eggs... no female shiny yet... :<
if i don't find her soon, i think i'll choose one of the regular females that i hatched...

It's more than that though, it's the 1 in 50 + whatever the odds of it being shiny are! Though both of those chances were more to my favor due to the sandwich I used, but it's still really low odds. (none of the whole box of shinies I've hunted before had a mark on them)

It'll be even harder to get a female shiny of that Pokemon because of it's gender chances being 87.5% male, 12.5% female. So even if you do get a shiny to hatch, it'll almost certainly be male unless you're really lucky.

You're right about it not just being the eyes, but when you see it in-game, and especially in the evolutions, it's still not much of a difference. Then you have to add on the time it takes to get and hatch all those eggs... Just doesn't seem worth it when there are so many much more detailed shinies to be found without so much effort. (Palossand as an example 👇)

I'm glad I was able to find the one you wanted, I'd found a shiny male one earlier, but wasn't sure you'd want that one, so I searched around some more and got lucky!

Is her mum ill just so her leaving will make space in the party for Pen? Cause that would be my guess.

i just found out that i forgot that i have 2 alolan vulpix in my profile 1 let's go eevee playthrough box....
so i don't need to use the one from arceus... :D

i'm gonna use the mild, alert to sounds girl one, in violet, for pix's mum :3
she got a question mark on her... that means she won't be able to move back to kanto... but it's fine...i'll just say that she moved to paldea :D
