Awesome! I've wanted to reunite with my big stupid Meganium boy ever since I finished my first ever playthrough of Heart Gold! :D

yeah, the 2nd slot was the one i had in hika's team adventure, being team Keisatsu, having tok the weedle, too... but she's too young... so chimchar/monferno's there to be a partner to na the meowth (F) :> ...
but the name was original ''team wish'' constisting of skitty/delcatty & pikachu/raichu & weedle/kakuna/beedrill & dratini/dragonair/dragonite


but team wish is the first team on that 2nd timeline now, now consists of the pikachu & eevee, with pidgey/pidgeotto/pidgeot & milotic...
from another not used one... Team appreciation, consisting of the eevee & pikachu of the now team wish & the sandshrew & rattata of team cutie & team cute of timeline 1


& the 3rd slot was Team Guispect who was also in hika's team adventure... but that name in that 2nd timeline was their original name, team shinkashinai, meaning that they don't or won't want to evolve

& 5th slot is one i never actually used... but has a new member, the ground/electric type pikachu.... *working on a team pic :> *

& team mirage is new :3

I see! Team Wish does sound pretty familiar, and after taking another look at team Shinkashinai I do remember them, just not as well as team Natsukashi.
Though I still don't remember team Cutie at all for whatever reason... The Ground/Electric Pikachu design looks really good by the way!

Have you ever heard the saying 'wipe that stupid smile off your face'? That's what I think of whenever I look at Meganium, I'm not calling him a name or anything, just a (rather crude) term of endearment.

I took a look at the link and honestly, yours look better. Less... Cut-and-paste, if that makes any sense. I like the individual details that happen with yours being hand drawn.

I didn't get a chance to look through them, I just scrolled to the top of the page, which took a while due to the lag, started to scroll down, and got tired of waiting for the lag to go away.

i guess that's true 😐 doesn't mean I have to like it, though.... as i like those moves... 😅

Of course you don't have to like it. But overcoming a difficult situation like that totally fits as a story you could find in Pokemon! (at least it sounds like it should anyway. still haven't seen any of the anime)

It was "The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time" I played it a lot on the N64 growing up, and even more now that the 3DS version exists. There's a part in the game where you time travel into the future and lose the ability to use certain items you had as a kid, needing to replace them with more advanced versions that adult you could use. (example being a kid's slingshot getting replaced by an adult's bow and arrows)

Those seem like decent replacements, though Protect is a bit of an odd choice since there aren't many Pokemon that use 2 turn moves in Paldea and there's only one section that does double battles. (the most useful situations for Protect)

Sounds like high energy is just something most Pikachus have to deal with.

also... when i get started with my 3rd playthrough of scarlet, can i have some help evolving some trade pokemon in galar, please? there's a free trail for profile 2... & i'll transfer them over to profile 2 to do it...
