Tbh I've barely read the roles and don't know who Gideon is or what he does, due to lack of care or motivation

He's a watcher, which isn't a huge deal, not to mention we have two. But also, as jd has claimed Gideon, why would a mafia cc him when no one seems to buy it? Either way, from what you pose, no cc would appear.
