Well, Gardevoir and Absol are definitely the most beautiful.
The fallen angel wings elevated absol's aesthetic appeal, however, the shortfall is the alterations of the head design. It is not awful, rather, it is unnecessary and detracts a bit of the beauty granted by the wings. The original scythe on the head was sleek and elegant; if that part of the design remained unchanged, or less changed, the mega evolution could have been far more regal.
Gardevoir's original designs involves modern dance. The asemetrical hair and simple flowing dress are abosolutely beautiful. However, the mega evolution elevates her beauty with a classical Victorian design. Essentially, the transformation would be the equivelent of a background ballerina being designated the prima ballerina, or principal dancer of a production-the star of the show.
I have to go with Gardevoir on this one.
