Megaman - The MEGABUSTER Challenge!

Hey there!
This is my last days of playing Megaman X

Day 3: Octopus, Armadillo and Kuwanger(?)

Spoiler:

Day 4:
Sigma's fortress (1 +2)

Day 5: Sigma's fortress (3 + 4)

Later I'll be uploading my advancement with Megaman Zero. Later ;D

Well then, I guess I'm going to go torture myself D:

I'm thinking about using an emulator since I don't want to lose the (small) progress I've already made on my real cart, plus I can get screenshots.

This is a pretty cool idea actually (and the emblem :O)

Time for a new update, you all! So, I've finally managed to finish the ACDC Area Liberation Mission. Not sure how it's taken me, exactly, but I'm positive that it was more than twenty-five turns. Defeating viruses with just the Mega-Buster was hard, but taking down Snowman with it was even harder. He's been able to delete Megaman and Protoman for a total of six times, unfortunately. What can I say… it's kind of tough for me to keep dodging his attacks constantly. Really need to upgrade my Mega-Buster, but can't do it until I get a hold of Navi-Customizer. ):

I finished SFxMM but don't know how to screenshot that so I am just gonna move onto BattleNetwork 3 and Zero

Well, here's my first day with Megaman Zero. Also updating my recording pattern(?)
Spoiler:

Day 1: Underground Lab + Disposal center
Spoiler:

EDIT: Adding second day of playing. :D

Day 2: Underground Lab, Train station and Desert.

So all I did so far was beat the tutorial and walk around a little bit, and it's already extremely annoying, no charge shot from the beginning so everything takes forever to kill D:<

With Battle netWork we have to use some things other than the mega buster for the tutorial. Also can we use the megabuster card or only the b button busterfor battle network!?

You don't have to use the chips they talk about in Battle Network, you just have to select them. After wards you can just hang onto them and constant spam buster shots until those pesky Meteurs are deleted > 3<

Also I was wondering if things like healing items and chips are allowed. (What about barriers and the like?)

Hm, I've never beaten any of the Megaman games before. Should be fun.

Healing items and chips are allowed; again, your main attack will be the megabuster. n-n
Anywho, I'll update everyone shortly!

So, any chips are good as long as they don't cause damage?

Yes, I thiiink I mentioned that before, but if not, then, to be clear, yes, in BN games, you're allowed to use support chips as long as they don't cause direct damage to the enemy~

Yay!

Game - Megaman 6 (Look at my name... It's pretty much required that I sign up for this one) and Megaman Battle Network 3 Blue

...Now just to decide what style to use. Guts would be the best for this challenge, but Shield would be very useful too. Shadow would just be fun as hell to play, and its charged invis would be very helpful.

Ooh. This looks fun! I've always wanted to try a buster-only playthrough, haha.

BN3 is proving harder then I expected. Flashman was easy, no trouble at all. Beastman was annoying, but easy to take out once I got his pattern down. Bubbleman was annoying until I got his pattern, Metalman and Gutsman were easy, Kingman... Biggest pain in the ass ever, but thankfully I got Anubis on my first draw, and Desertman was very easy.

VBA movies - Just get a copy of the rom, load with VBA-M (I'm usng 1149, although newer versions should work), and under tools select play a movie. (Will update them when my connection starts working right)

Order
Flashman - Gutsman (Losing this battle doesn't result in a game over, so it's not needed to beat the game.) - Beastman - Bubbleman (2nd try) - Metalman N1 - Gutsman N1 - Kingman N1 - Desertman

Edit - Didn't complete BN3. Started and finished MM6 a couple days ago on my ds, took pics with another ds, when the power went out. Pics are low quality.
