Remember that the administrators have lives outside of PC, and aren't obligated to do username changes to begin with. Names are usually changed within 48 hours; in your case, less time has passed.

We go through every request and the only ones that are not done are ones which aren't abiding by the rules listed in the first post, in which case we would quote you to let you know. If your request wasn't honored previously, that would likely be why. Regardless this is something that is no longer relevant since we had different procedures and a different staff team years ago, but if you have any issues with the username change process, you're welcome to private message an administrator. Next time though, we'd appreciate more patience.
