MISFITS

Grims made it a point to avoid Aaron's eyes, and an even bigger point to tune him out when he gave out some crap-and-bull name for himself. He knew something was, well, wrong with that kid. It's like if he looked at you directly, or even touched you, you'd do what he said. Or, in Grims' case, be urged to. Looking at Mike, he began to worry. He had that glassy-eyed look. "Really, Aaron, cuz last I checked, that was your name. Doesn't take a lot of work to steal the roster from the probation officer when she's drinking at the same bar you like to visit." He grabbed Mike's arm and began to drag him outside, "I dunno what your angle is, but lay off of us. We're not some play things for whatever voodoo you have at work here." Grims suddenly stopped half-way down the hall, turned to Aaron and sneered, "Oh, and this one's mine already, pretty boy. Nobody likes a loose man."

Grims prayed silently that Mike would let himself be dragged and not protest, but decided to explain to him, "Look, I don't trust him. At all. Let's go, we're not safe here. Oh, and I'm sorry about that comment, just felt like the right thing to say." When they were outside, Grims saw Shade and Toby, Two more for Aaron to practice on. As he was dragging Mike, he shouted at the two, "C'mon! We're getting out of here! Follow us if you don't feel like becoming the next victims of whoever killed the officer's Mightyena." He knew it was a lie, but he'd have to wait til they were safely out of distance from the centre to tell them what was really going on. "We're going to my place. If you have any fast Pokemon, use 'em." He called out Shade and had him transform into an Arcanine. Uncerimoniously, he tossed Mike onto him and boarded himself. He'd wait. Just one minute.

"Where do you think our probation officer is?" Kylie asked, putting her head on Chuck's shoulder after they're little bonding session. Unfortunately she did this right as he was reading his newest message from Ashely.

"y wont u txt me bck?!?"

Although his slight blush from Kylie putting her head on his shoulder hadn't yet worn off, he instantly knew that the watery feeling he felt throughout his body wasn't just a side effect from his nervousness of messing around with three women at once. Suddenly feeling guilty, but not guilty enough to tell the truth he hurriedly texted Ashely back.

"Sry @ 'work' :("

"Probably nothing bad, I bet she just had to go to the chiropractor... or something" He said, thinking that his voice had cracked on the word "just", but when his voice made a steady increase up in tone he became unsure of himself.

The watery feeling he had felt when, what's his face? Tony, was behind him and when he was grilling him out later, had returned, and it wasn't passing as fast as the last times. Looking down at his hands, he saw that replacing his rugged and strong olive toned fingers were the long elegant fingers of Ashely, complete with painted nails and all, he started to freak out a little.

"Geez," he said, testing his voice, which was still high pitched, "I would've guessed I was tripping, but I've been clean all week..."

He turned back to the blond on his shoulder, his now long brunette hair brushing across her face. He kept calm on the outside, so as to not blow it with Kylie, but below his now very developed breasts, his heart was beating a lot faster then normal.

"Ummm. Something weird's going on"

Kylie pushed the hair back, thinking it was her own. However, Chuck would not stop squirming and muttering, and she didn't know who he was pretending to be this time - perhaps he was making fun of the girl he had been talking to before she came over or something. Kylie giggled at that thought, until Chuck said:

"Ummm. Something weird's going on."

Kylie sat up and looked at him then; however, it wasn't him. It was a beautiful girl, with long brown hair and big eyes. Kylie's eyes widened. She was entirely unsure of what to do at this point. It would have been impossible for Chuck to get up and leave, she was leaning on him the whole time. But how could this girl have been in his spot. How could she have been leaning on her instead? She was surprisingly less frightened by this, and more blatantly confused on what to make of this situation.

Kylie looked at the brunette, who was clearly quite concerned with what was happening, and then something clicked inside her head. Maybe the same thing that had happened to the other boys was happening to Chuck, only he doesn't punch fire or wind and what-not, but he can transform into a girl! Kylie climbed to her knees, and kneeled in front of the girl, proceeding to get closer to her. She kept closing in until she was about an inch away from the girls face, squinting her eyes at her, trying to find some recognizable feature - anything.

"...Chuck?"

( ooc: kylie is still completely unaware of her power C: she's so dumb <3 )

"I'm an orphan and don't know my real name. And I'd never do porn, plus I heard the lesbian comment earlier and would like to tell you that isn't true," Shade said calmly, with a hint of annoyance on the side. This girl was just full of reactions. Seriously, the I'm an orphan card made her no less of a person than any other, she just had limited parenting. Like most troubled teens.

"Well, Shade, defending yourself like that just makes you more likely. But I'm cool with that! I love girls too!" he sniggered a little. That was a good one. She was about to reply when Grims came passing by, gripping Mark by the arm and leading him outside.

"C'mon! We're getting out of here! Follow us if you don't feel like becoming the next victims of whoever killed the officer's Mightyena. We're going to my place. If you have any fast Pokemon, use 'em."

"Your house? Tell me this doesn't sound like he's going to take us there and either rape us or kill us. Or both," Toby shrugged his shoulders at Shade and followed Grims outside. His Zoroark changed to an Arcanine and he helped Mark up onto it. Toby made a face.

"I don't have a fast Pokémon that I can ride. Shouldn't we all like, stick together?" Toby turned around to see Kylie talking to some hot brunette. Yes, they should stick together because goddamn, she was hot. "We seriously need to talk about this retarded stuff!" Toby waved his hands around, trying to gesture to the wind or something.

Grims rolled his eyes in annoyance, "Look, to be perfectly honest with you, whether or not you end up dead is no concern of mine." He sighed, "C'mon." Turning to his Pokemon, Grims whispered something into Shade's ear and the Zoroark nodded. A moment later, where the Arcanine once stood was now a Hydregion. "You guys can all fit."

Grims noted the two girls that were talking outside. Hadn't there been a boy there? He shook his head. Grims cupped his hands around his mouth and shouted, "Hey! You two! We're getting out of here, you two in!"

"...Chuck?" Kylie asked, unsure of the person who suddenly appeared in front of her.

"Yeah it's me... I think?" Chuck replied, just as unsure of himself as she was.

He couldn't help but look in his now skin tight skinny jeans to check what was down there.

"Yep" he chuckled to himself, finding some humor in a situation as weird as the one he was in, "Definitely a vagina"

Looking back up at Kylie and trying to think of something to say in such a strange circumstance, he didn't have time to before he heard Grims yell out to them.

"Hey! You two! We're getting out of here, you two in!"

Seeing that he was referring to a Hydregion, Chuck, scratch that, Chuckette, opt-ed out of getting in.

"Are you crazy?!" he said as he walked towards them "I have my own flying type, and for all I know you might not have feed your pokémon in the past few days".

Feeling the watery feeling flowing back over his body, as he changed back, he grabbed Drake's pokéball and called him out. Jumping on his back, he outstretched his hand to Kylie, offering her a ride.

"Where we headed?" He asked, about halfway through the transformation back.

Kylie watched as this mysterious girl - er, Chuck - looked down their pants and chuckled at what they had found.

"Are you okay?" she asked the girl, but before she got an answer, the girl was already on her feet and walking toward another boy, yelling about having her own flying type. Kylie noticed that her voice fluttered awkwardly, as if she weren't used to that voice. When the girl reached into her pocket for a Pokeball, she began to change. Her skin darkened again, and her hair got shorter.

And then she looked like Chuck again. It was almost alarming to Kylie, but she walked forward as 'Chuck' summoned a Dragonite and climbed onto it's back. Had she done this to him? Why had he changed into a girl... Why was he hardly phased by his transformation!?

Kylie looked up in time to see him reaching out a hand to her, and she accepted it, climbing onto the Dragonite behind him, straddling the Pokemon despite the skirt she was wearing. She wrapped her hands around his chest and pulled her body against his back, understanding that all the weirdness was going to become normalcy.

"Where we headed?"

Kylie smiled, his voice was dropping again.

"Anywhere but my house," she answered.

I could get used to this, she thought, smiling and squeezing herself closer, preparing to take flight.

Grims glared at the girl...err, guy that he saw in the locker room earlier and spat, "Hey! I don't care if you tried to help me earlier, you make a remark about how I treat my bro again, and I'll make sure it's your last!" Grims was beginning to burn up again, but attempted to control it.

Both of the newcomers inquired on where they were headed. "We're heading towards my place. It's just for now. Don't ask anymore questions until we're there, got it?" As he spoke, small sparks flew from his mouth. At least I'm not spewing fire again...

"C'mon, bro!" Shade began to flap his faux wings. "Toby! Are you and the girl coming or what?"

Chuck felt the warmth of Kylie's body as she pressed her body against him, and he liked it.

"Uhh, I was thinking we were gonna follow them but, screw it, I'm a leader!" He said, screaming the last part as Drake started to beat his wings to go up.

Turning his dragonite to face the other guys, he spoke just loud enough for the other group to hear "I have the perfect hiding spot, and that's where were going, 'cause there is no way I am getting taken down by some... pokémon killer! But you guys should really come with us, they probably know where we all live."

Feeling the bulge in his back pocket, he grabbed his remaining pokéball and let Gepedo loose "Gepedo, use mimic..." he said to his ditto, transforming him into a dragonite. "If anyone needs a ride, and doesn't feel like getting eaten, Gepedo knows where to go. Also he has my number on the inside of his pokéball if you ever need us" he finished by chucking the pokéball at... Tony's? face, having seen the pervy looks he was throwing at him when he was Ashely.

And with that him and Kylie were off, leaving the others, including his stolen ditto, behind. It took about a half an hour to get to the cabin, a hideout made for when his father was on "business" in the region, but when they got there it was worth the flight. Beautiful view for if they had to stay over night, private island for any parties, and nice beach, hell it was so exclusive it wasn't on the map. Once they pulled up, he tapped in the pass code to turn off the alarm and pulled the spare key out of his pocket to open the door.

"Welcome to my... err not humble abode, its more of a vacation spot" he said with a grin on his face. "Now what did you mean by 'Can't go back to my place'?"

Kylie clutched to Chucks back as they flew. She had never ridden a Pokemon, let alone been flying on a Pokemon. Her parents would be appalled, but she could care less at this point. The flight was entirely enjoyable - the wind blowing her hair all around her, making waves in the air with her hand, and the heat that emanated from Chucks back when she pressed her face against it. For once in her life, Kylie had no idea what the future held, or even where she was going, but she loved every second of it.

When they landed, she marveled at the high tech passcode machine. Her house didn't even have one of those. Perhaps when she and her father were on speaking terms again, she would tell him they should get one. She followed Chuck up to the front door, her eyes struggling to take in all of the scenery. It was truly beautiful - she thought she saw a beach through the trees, but couldn't be sure. She jogged a little to keep up, the now unneccessary rainboots making their normal clomping sounds, where in contrast, her loose blonde curls bounced soundlessly around her head.

As Chuck unlocked the door and welcomed her, asking, "Now what did you mean by 'Can't go back to my place'?"

Kylie turned and smiled, standing a foot from the doorway.

"My parents would kill me if they saw me ride home on a Dragonite, and then use a Revive just to kill me again for being the close to a boy. So this can be our little secret, 'kay?"

She winked, then moved aside so he could enter before her.

After the discovery of his mind reading abilities, Will was trying to focus on the other convicts in an attempt to read their minds. It was difficult though, either his control was all out of whack, or these people clearly didn't think clearly. Still the only one that he could hear properly was Aaron, who had turned his attention elsewhere, towards another good looking guy. Pimms? Or was it Glims?

He walked around the room slowly, really trying hard to concentrate. He was able to get glimpses into his co-convicts minds, for maybe a brief second. He walked past Pimms and the other boy. Will thought that Toby called him Mark. All he could here coming form that direction was...

'sex sex sex sex sex'.

And in the direction of Toby and the really quite girl was:

'Lesbians are kinda hot'. He wasn't sure who was thinking that either.

He glanced out of the window and saw the really pretty girl with the really pretty boy, who he believed was named Chuck. He concentrated really hard:

'sex sex sex sex'
I don't want to go home...'

He was fairly sure that the girl was not thinking about sex. He suddenly heard a ruckus outside. People were leaving. Pokemon were being summoned with people hoping on them. All of them, Toby, Mark, the lesbian, Chuck, the pretty girl and Pimms were all leaving. He glanced back at Aaron, who was pacing, concentrating, Will could hear his thoughts again. He was thinking about what he could do with his new found gift. Will dashed outside, and spoke directly to Pimms.

"Where are you going? Why are you going?" He yelled, but he didn't need to wait for an answer, he could read him like a book.

He was leaving because of Aaron. He was scared of Aaron's abilities. Not knowing whether it was his own free will or if it was because he was being persuaded by Aaron but he said:

"I'm not going to come with you", before Pimms could ask him " I'm going to stay with Aaron, one of us should be left alone". He said as he looked back at Aaron and smiled.

"Ladies first"

He said with a goofy grin on his face and an over dramatic motion with his hands as he got on one knee to further the joke. Standing up and rubbing his neck he chuckled a single word "Overkill?", even though he personally thought it was hilarious. He left the door open as he gave her a tour of the house, in case anyone had decided to follow them he didn't want the alarm to be set off. Making their way through the house from the enormous living room, to the high-tech kitchen, and briefly passing through the elegantly decorated bathrooms, they eventually made their may back to the living room, where he plopped himself back on the coach and turned on MTV for some background noise.

"What do you mean by 'this close'?" he asked Kylie, who now looked like she was so rebellious she could take down the whole empire by herself.

"I mean, have you never been touched by a dude before?" he said as he stood up and made his way over to Kylie just as the song changed from some crappy pop tune to "Resistance" by Muse. "or do they just not know about it" he said, wiggling his eyebrows in a goofy manner as he put his right hand on her curvy hip.

"Look, to be perfectly honest with you, whether or not you end up dead is no concern of mine," Grims rolled his eyes. Toby screwed up his face a little. Sure, he could be a little annoying at times but surely Grims didn't want any blood on his hands. If Toby did infact, die, he would solely place the blame on Grims. Then haunt him, the rest of his ghostly life. Which would probably be forever. Grims sighed and whispered into the Arcanine's ear, which then changed itself into a giant bird thing. One of those new Unova Pokémon, obviously.

"Shouldn't we stick together?" Toby yelled over the beating of the wings. He couldn't shake this feeling like they were all connected. They were kind of connected, being struck by lightning together but if anyone found out about the Mightyena, they would definitely all be in it together. Unless someone ran away or something. Toby blinked as the Dragonite guy chucked him a PokéBall. He couldn't hear much over the wings except the words "my number." Gross, guy number.

"Toby! Are you and the girl coming or what?" Toby looked back up at Grims then back towards the centre. He didn't want to leave but to be left with the Mightyena's ashes and the chance he could be hacked up himself was pretty much a deal breaker. The bird thing had already started hovering up from the ground. Toby jumped then pushed his hands down, releasing a gust of wind from both sides and sending him several dozen feet into the air. He landed quite roughly onto the bird thing, grabbing Mark to steady himself.

"You're a real lifesaver Mark," Toby patted him on the back. "Just don't try your gay crap on me. Oh, yeah," Toby leaned over in the direction of the Dragonite as it took off. "We should probably stay together!" He yelled out to them but they took off anyways.

Grims just shook his head at the boy, "Do what you want, I don't care. Have fun being toyed with." The boy was probably the most directly affected by Aaron's powers. He felt kinda sorryfor the guy since the chances of him being some brainless puppet were pretty high.

When Toby jumped on, Grims felt relieved, at least someone believed him. However, when he heard him make that comment about Mike he immediately shot back, "What'd I say about the gay crap?" He purposely let his torso catch fire to express his point. However, he did acknowledge Toby's concern about them sticking together, "Listen, the way I see it: We may all be here for community service, and we may all have been given these weird powers, but that doesn't mean all of us are meant to work together."

"Hey dude, you're fire stuff doesn't work on me!" Toby nonchalantly thrust his hand foward, putting out the fire on his chest, perhaps a little smugly. That fire could probably get out of control, so Toby quickly added, "You can be gay all you want to eachother, just don't take off my pants or anything." He shrugged a little, as if taking off his pants was as casual as breathing.

"So, where are we going?"

At that, Grims turned and fixed Toby with a deadly glare, "Get it right, idiot. I'm bi. Oh, and wind may be able to suffocate fire, but fire can just as easily overpower wind." When he asked where they were going, Grims answered, "I have a place outside of Celadon. It'll make do for now."

"Oh,"
he added as an afterthought, "And I'm pretty sure the only one here who wants your pants off, is you."

"It's not like I have a notebook on all of you guys on what you like to do in your free time or anything. And all I've seen you do is drag Mark along and kiss me. Gross. It's not like you've been after any women today," Toby thought for a second then narrowed his eyes. "And I have a penis. And it's enormous. And you don't get to see any of it."

And that was probably true. These jumpsuit clothes were rather constricting and wandering around in his undies was one of his favourite things to do.

This genuinely made Grims burst out laughing, "Ahahahahahah! Ya know, hahah," he wiped away a tear from his eye from the laughter, "That has got to be the funniest thing I've heard all day! And, for your information, I'm bi-physical. It means I'd rather screw a guy, but be in a relationship with a girl."

He couldn't help but grin and he held up a lit finger, "Don't say I can't, because I have an unlimited supply of fire to burn through those clothes."

Toby screwed his face up a little. That sounded really... disgusting. Having that kind of relationship. Just thinking about it. Screwing guys? Being screwed by guys? Ugh, no thank you. Toby shook his head and pretended to write a note in the air.

"Bi-physical. Got it," Toby shrugged his shoulders at the fire remark. "Unlimited as far as you know. I can just use the air to... get away. Very fast. Speaking of which," Toby looked at Mark, "if I can do air stuff and Grims here can do fire stuff, what can you do?"

(OOC: giving us a break as we wait for sweet. d: )

Kylie jokingly applauded his elaborate performance as he said "ladies first," and then giggled. As they entered, she was immediately reminded of her home, which was mildly unsettling - the elaborate interior decorating, the excessive technological utilities in the kitchen - this was her home, remodeled. She relaxed a bit during the tour when she was absolutely sure they were alone. Chuck led her back to the living room, where he flicked on the television to some music show. She assumed it was MTV - she wasn't even allowed to watch this at her home. Kylie smirked. She wanted to see her parents do ANYTHING about her being here. With a boy. Without adult supervision. Watching MTV.

She was FREE.

"What do you mean by 'this close'?" Chuck asked, breaking her concentration.

Kylie smiled at him as he walked up to her. "I mean, have you never been touched by a dude before?"

The song blasting from the TV changed from a overprocessed pop song to another song Kylie didn't recognize. She cursed herself for being a sheltered child again.

"...or do they just not know about it?"

Kylie looked up and saw Chuck wiggling his eyebrows goofily. She giggled, then became aware of his hand tracing up her hip.

Kylie reached up and placed a hand around his neck, gently pulling his head down so it was next to hers, his ear by her mouth.

"What do you think the answer to that is?" she slurred flirtatiously in an almost whisper.
