    What's your most common form of transportation? I know a lot of people have cars, and there's also plenty of people who take the bus, train, walk, bike, etc.

    I think I walk the most to be honest. Most of the places I need to go to are within a mile away. Such as my school, store, friends.

    Psh, walking is for minors. I cruise in my 98' Silverado. I don't live in a city though, it takes 20-30 minutes to drive to the nearest market, so yeah kinda can't walk.
     
    My road bike. I used to use my motorcycle, until it got totaled in a wreck. I haven't gotten around to getting another one, probably because the other one was a restored vintage motorcycle that I poured so much money into......*sigh*
     
    How did you miss the subway in all that? lol

    I take the bus generally. We live in the south end where there are no stores or anything. I don't mind walking down to, say, Tim Horton's (500m = 6min) or Giant Tiger (1.2km = 15min). I may even walk downtown pending my mood (i.e. going to Metro in the downtown beach plaza is 2.2km = 26min). I sure as Hell would not walk to my work. It's way across town! 5.5km = 1h10min. That's way too long :(

    Worst of all, those are Google estimates. I know for a fact it took me 50min to get home when I was living at my mom's. Distance was 3.2km and Google says it should take about 40min, so tack on an extra 15min to the previous time + the fact you're going uphill most of the way is an additional 10min = 1h35min to get to work.

    Not happening. Too hot, too cold, too far.

    So bus it is for me :)
     
    I use a car about twice as often as a bicycle, and nothing else.
    I'd like to own an aircraft sometime, if I ever learn the procedure for doing so.

    It's my car right now. Before that I used to walk everywhere that was in a 10-20 minute of a walk's radius.
     
    Mixture of walking and taking the train. Since I live in a big city, public transportation is a God send, because manoeuvring it safely can be difficult and the traffic around here for cars is bad. So, when travelling to school and back, I walk to the train station, catch a train, and walk to school from there. Now and again I'll catch a bus, but only if I'm going into town. Apart from that, I never ever use a bike (can't ride one), and I'm too young to drive.
     
    When it comes to transportation, I personally love rides that take place under the night sky, especially inside a train. But I will always despise on walking.
     
    Vehicle because I live in this small town with nothing within walking distance, short of convenience stores and the like. Heck, I can't even walk to the homes of any of my friends. I mean, I could, but the nearest one involves traveling uphill a lot and it would take forever.

    I thought the train was the same thing as the subway o.o
    What other train transports pedestrians? Haha

    I usually walk whenever I can because driving is way stressful for me and I've been in a couple traumatizing major car accidents in my life, so I'm fearful of it, not to mention the price of gas nowadays.
     
    Car, because I live pretty far away from everything and there's no public transportation to speak of around here.
     
    I walk, because I don't have a driver's license and our city doesn't have good public transportation. My roommate and coworkers will drive me on occasion.

    One of my friends offered to get me a bike, I should probably take him up on it if it won't cost me very much. It'd make the commute to work faster.
