Most Underrated Forum?

Other Chat. The quality of the posts made in there are usually quite high (excluding those in the DCC). For example, you can have a highly intelligent debate in OC that stays civil the entire time and makes you think. On top of that, OC seems to be a very attractive hangout for unintentionally hilarious posts... and everyone loves those!
 
I'd say Video Gaming and Culture & Media are the forums that have the most untapped potential simply because people tend to ignore them, even though there's plenty of good discussion that could come out of those forums. Also, Other Chat because people tend to see it as a "catch-all" forum when in reality it has quite a bit of good debate and discussion going on in there.

The TCG is almost dead, possibly because of there being no moderator for the board, meaning that no special events happen on it.
 
I feel like Pokemon Manga is pretty dead. I just got into reading the manga and I want someone to discuss it with but no one ever really seems to post on there so it's scary to try to start discussion. Even knowing it's dead, it still feels bad to get little to no replies to a thread so it's hard to convince myself to make them. XD

I think OC is underrated as a forum though. Glancing at OC, I assumed it would be something like easy, fun chit-chat threads. But it's actually mostly serious discussion and debate, which isn't what I expected at all.
