4th Gen Most useful pokemon in D/P/P

For the most useful Pokémons I don't know if you report yourself to the competitive part of the game or no, however useful Pokémon can be Bronzong or Blissey or other wall but it depends a lot from as him it intends to use them.
 
My non slave Bibarel is actually very useful.

The poor thing doesnt get much credit for being a decent battler when trained right. XD
If you think about it, it doesnt have a bad move pool. .x.

So that's one of them. Another useful Pokemon for me is my Wigglytuff.
I make everyone deff with Hyper Voice, then hit them with some other various move. x.x They can learn a lot of differently typed moves. Im not big on stats. Since I dont battle competitively, I like using Pokemon that everyone says "sucks".

A friend of mine uses his Vaporeon in a very effective way, but when you look at its moves, you can tell its has a solid weak point; other Water Absorbers. (not to mention Special-based Electric types) But when he's used it, he's almost always managed to pull through for the victory. (an example currently on my profile for reference)

Other than that, Glaceon can also be a very useful Pokemon; particularly against those pesky Dragon types. I've trained a few, but I've never actually used one in battle, yet... but soon!

Bibarel never gained any kind of usefulness outside of being a slave for HM moves, but it was useful, nonetheless.

Again with examples from my friend, Jirachi is quite a supporter; learns both screens and with Platinum, can learn Iron Head.

Smeargle is another good Pokemon; primarily for breeding Egg Moves, and such.
 
sigh... yet another person choosing Bibarel as a HM slave...

Tryanitar in my diamond it has the moves Ice fang, thunder fang, dark pulse, and payback and it's level 95 so it's very powerful ^_^!
 
Glacion is my most useful Pokemon at the moment simply because its Blizzard and high Sp Atk. Bye-bye Dragons.
 
LOL O_O smart. I guess... But wouldnt a stronger ice pokemon be better?
 
Meh, I really like my Walrein. It just stalls them, and kills everything (mostly <<;;).
 
if you mean during game play then i would have to say a bidoof or bibarel becuase they make awsome HM slaves no matter what others thinks you cant make it through the game without him or you will have to teach it to the other pokes in your party and who wants to do that....
 
I, For one, Never used a bibarel, and Ive never had a bibarel in my team.

I find it dumb to do that, Because some HMs make very good attack skills.

Maybe its because im weird? Haha
 
most usefull pokemon would have to be any HM slave in my opinion
 
my most useful pokemon would probably be my beautiful yanmega! He rocks, levels up quickly, and he OHKO about everyone I battle!
 
I don't have a single pokemon I rely on, but I do have a duo that work well together in single battles.

I have a Jolteon (Tbolt, Baton pass, Hidden Power Ice, and Substitute). Jolteon can deal damage in it's own right, handling dragons every now and then or simply leaving holes in pokemon with Thunderbolt. I get up a sub and pass to my Salamence (Dragon Claw, Fire Fang, Dragon Dance, Earthquake), who gets to Dragon Dance and proceed to sweep. It works even better if I baton pass on an Earthquake directed for Jolteon, or if I do it on Seed Bomb/ Seed Flare/ Wood Hammer, which won't break the substitute once Salamence is in.
 
Bidoof of course somebody has got to be the HM Slave! Not to mention Arceus and all the other legends aint got nothing on him

the only HMs that i think r good 4 battle r surf, fly, n strength
the others r just good 2 teach 2 a bidoof or a bibarel so that u dnt hav 2 use the bad HMs on ur good pokemon
