With Regice's massive SP. D, I don't need to take full advantage of it by putting a full 252 on HP.

Modest is definitely an option.

Should I go for even more Sp Def? Or Defense?
70 HP, 252 Def, 136 Sp Attack, 28 Sp Def, 28 Speed?

I don't even know if I did that second set right lol.

Any items other than leftovers?

Ice Beam, Flash Cannon/Thunderbolt, Rock Polish/Rest, Thunderwave/Toxic/Amnesia?

I'm pretty loss on this, all help is appreciated.

Regice is mainly played as an offensive tank, it's not played defensively often because of its common weaknesses:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
Nature: Modest
EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers

or
-Rock Polish
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
Nature: Modest

Kangaskhan

I have no clue is this is the right area for this, but I do seek help on my team at that.

So recently, I got a Japanese Kangaskhan from Wonder Trade, and my friend said that it it could be used to a great advantage, but I wouldn't bother to listen.

So can any one suggest a good set up for Kangaskhan

If the Eevee had Run Away or Adaptability, the Glaceon will have Snow Cloak. If the Eevee had Anticipation, the Glaceon will have Ice Body.

-Sucker Punch
-Earthquake/Crunch

- Okayy , Now Here What If My Hawlucha Roosts Up To Full Health Will I Have My Focus Sash Back ? I Think I Am :/ But What I'm Really Concerned About , Is That If I Do Get To Full Health & Lets Say Regice Goes For Ice Beam & My Health Goes Back To 1 HP With That Focus Sash , Will My Unburden Ability Activate Again Which Will Double My Speed & Since I Already Have It Double Because Of Lanturn It's Quadrupled ?

You do not get your Focus Sash back if Hawlucha goes back up to full health. Once its been used up, you don't get it back until next battle.

Also, what are the EVs on it?

Mega evolution problems.

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid but it's been bugging me. I keep seeing mega blaziken, mega kangaskhan, and mega gengar all over the rating battles, but I thought their mega stones were banned and could only be used in ubers? Can someone clarify this for me in case I missed something?
 
I'm quite sure I knew this at some point, but I pretty much forgot everything I knew about Kyurem-B/W. Its EVs/IVs/moveset are dependent on which 'mon? I'm pretty sure it'd be Kyurem, just making sure, since Fusion Flare replacing a move or something doesn't make sense.

Furthermore, would an AV set work?

White Kyurem takes on the IVs, EVs and nature of the original Kyurem. White Kyurem also appreciates the extra power of Choice Specs and Life Orb and the steady recovery of Leftovers. If it goes Assault Vest, then it's going to need Wish support, as with Assault Vest, it can't use Roost.

They are banned in Smogon's standard metagame, OU, which are only rules set by a community. The official Global Battle Union follows different rules found here.

Tbh, Mild isn't exactly a good nature for Luxray to have, as it compromises Intimidate's usefulness. Once again, Poke Bank is necessary for this set to be possible:
-Thunderbolt
-Superpower
-Hidden Power (Grass)
-Volt Switch/Signal Beam
Nature: Rash
EVs: 60 Atk/252 SAtk/196 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate

Hmm. This seems like a good set, but I am unable to use PokéBank, due to losing my Black version and selling my Black 2.
