That's the problem. Everything that involves the ponies is pretty much automatically associated with the brony fandom.

And, like I said previously, the .MOV series is an extremely poor example of something that's good from the fandom.
 
Every fandom will always have a dark side. Porn, adult humor, etc. That can't be prevented. It's up to the viewers to acknowledge the difference between the dark and normal sides of the fandom. If people associate the dark side with the the normal side, that's their fault. I enjoy .MOV because it's funny. If idiots think it's normal brony media, that's not the creater's fault.
 
Since I am trying to be more active on this website, here's a post:

Favorite Episode: This is really hard, because so many of the episodes are so good. During season one, It was a toss up between. Sonic Rainboom, and The Cutie Mark Chronicles. But once Season two came around it went out the window. Season two is just so good, but nothing has been better than the season two finale. That was just so epic.

Favorite Main Pony: One does not simply pick a favorite pony! ( Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Scootaloo, or Pinkie Pie depending on my mood.

Favorite Side Pony: Derpy! but like Lyra a lot too.

About Me: I was introduced to ponies in winter of 2010, but I didn't really fall for them untill the following summer. Been a happy brony ever since. I went to BroNYcon this year too, that was... well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYjpE1I7XbE

- About Me:I enjoy the animation and music of the series. i also love Tara Strong (Twilight) Awesome VA. The music is so addicting and its better then most songs on the radio these days :)

You remind me so much of myself when I joined this website 4 years ago (another account). I was shy and anti-social.

I'm still a little of both, but I have learned to over come those fears, because when you do, you can have a lot of fun. Everyone gets nervous when meeting new people. Most people are nice, occasionally you get those mean people, but don't let them get you down. You just have to carry on and smile.

I know it sounds like Pinkie Pie talking, but it's true, and that is something I have leanred from ponies. The whole 'haters gonna hate' thing. It's true some people just like to be mean, who cares. Ignore them and let them be mean. While we do our own thing.

This long winded rambling has got me thinking of a perfect topic for the group since one is currently not being discussed. How do you deal with parasprites IRL?

I've only ever worn Pony shirts in public to BronyCon. Most of the reactions where other bronies, but I did get a "What the H***?!" when I stepped off the elevator one night. My friend and I laughed about it. We where having too much of a good time to really care. I now wear a 'Brony' wristband pretty much anytime I'm not at work, and that's only because I want to get to know the people at my new job before they think I'm totally crazy.

Favorite Episode: It's hard to choose but, I really like Party of one and Royal Wedding.
Favorite Main Pony: Pinkie Pie! Since I relate to her the most with being silly and such.
Favorite Side Pony: Vinyl Scratch and Octavia.
About Me: Well, I first found about ponies about a month after it first came out but, wasn't fully hooked on it. About last summer I became a bigger fan. :3

I'm almost willing to bet money that what was said at Comic Con was just a slip of the tongue. Since they haven't officially made it public yet, of course they are not going to confirm it. Unfortunately we are going to have to wait to find out. (I'm still every excited either way.)
