Hello there guys! So first of all, I thought it was kinda weird there was no mystery dungeon forum. I notice that all mystery dungeon related posts are all in Pokemon gaming Central. Now I know, there could a problem. One of the biggest problems would probably be than there may not be many posts. But I'm sure that if you made a whole new forum about Mystery Dungeon, people would certainly check it out. And Mystery dungeon is pretty famous.

Some people might think this new forum may turn up to be a TCG forum. A TCG forum was made because there had to be TCG forum. And in my opinion, there has to be a mystery dungeon forum too. Now I know this will be a lot of hard work for all the PC staff, but I think they can make it. I'm sorry if this has been suggested already. If it has, please close this thread.

As far as I know, we used to have a subforum dedicated to the spinoff games such as Mystery Dungeon but it got merged with PGC due to inactivity and as a result new prefixes were added for spinoff-based threads.

However, if they are proven to be popular topics I'm sure staff may want to consider reinstating the Spinoff Games subforum.

Didn't we used to have a forum specifically for side games? If that wasn't active enough I don't see a forum specifically dedicated to mystery dungeon being any more so.

As it stands, pokemon gaming central is fine for discussing side-games. It's better to have one forum with a decent amount of activity than several with minimum activity.

    Finally someone agrees with me.

Guys the best thing we can do is to keep the PMD threads alive till mods notice it. So yeah, start posting about PMD and who knows.
PMD forum doesnt have to be too big, but I still think that series is significant enough to get more attention.

i was wondering if it would be allowed to create a Mystery Dungeon Club in the Pokémon Clubs section instead? that way, all PMD enthusiasts could gather and talk about their beloved franchise in a single thread, rather than answering solitary topics as it is now?
i'm one of these PMD nuts, so i'd create one in a heartbeat, if anyone else is interested c: for Colosseum/XD too, possibly?

this could also maybe deal with how Pokémon Clubs is currently a bit forgotten, it seems...

You could totally create a PMD club there! Unless there already is one, even? Contact Wicked3DS if you need any help with how :)

the thing is, i've seen a PMD club being suggested there before, but at the time it was questioned because you were supposed to discuss the PMD games elsewhere. this may have been when the Spin-Off Games section was still alive, though, i'm not sure. but i might make one, then. thanks for the feedback c:

Yeah I'd say go for the PMD Club. As things are right now there's simply nowhere near the level of interest needed for a whole section devoted to PMD. If there was, the Spin Off subforum wouldn't have died off, or PMD threads would be booming in PGC. But they're not, so I don't really see it happening.

I dont think it's fair to expect a certain game series bloom constantly. If we're going to make every series a sort thread like that you could do it for the entire fourth generation just as well cos you can't really say it's blooming right now. (yes, it's the main series, but you get what I'm saying, right?)
I'm just saying, there are always ups and downs with users' activity in all threads :)

I do understand that we can't expect a section to be active all the time. But in my entire time here, PMD or even just spin off game threads in general have almost never been very active. I doubt that those have ever been very active.

I'm not saying that we can never have a section for PMD, it's just that at this time there is not nearly enough interest in the userbase to warrant creating a whole new section for it. That's why I think that, for the time being, a PMD club is the best way to go. The club can be used to gauge the memberbase's interest in it as well as give more attention to it than a few threads in PGC.
