    Name is Sean, and I'm 26. I've been playing since RBY came out. I've played every gen at some point (except 6th). Right now I'm playing RBY and SS as they are all I currently own. Just looking to hang out and see what's going on and learning other people's opinions on things.

    I've played Pokemon since R/B days myself so we have that in common. :'o Miss playing HeartGold as well; been a while and it's super hard to go back to that one now since I'm so used to X/Y 3D models haha. Any plans to try the newer games? Whether you do or not isn't a problem either way though as there is tons to talk about here in regards to Pokemon and even other things like gaming and world news.. plus clubs to join, trivia to play, and aaall sorts of cool things! There's lots to do for pretty much everyone. :)

    Ah, the R/B/Y days are quite nostalgic, eh? I remember the times where I used to find that glitch, y'know where you surf up and down along the edge coast of Cinnabar Island, and find Missingno to clone your items! Got like 999 Rare Candies, ehehe~

    Anyways, welcome to the forum Sean! Hey, why don't you tryyy checking out the Metal & Color Generation boards? You can chat about the pokemon games for the game boy there if you're feeling a lil'bit nostalgic! I love SS and HG too, which was my go-to pokemon games for a loooong time. Nowadays I'm playing Pokemon Y, but, it's nice to start fresh with Pokemon HG/SS too! <3 Anyways, again, if you'd like to chat about the pokemon games, try checking out the various boards here, and feel free to partake in the many discussions there. <3

    I have also played all the games besides 6th Gen and not too long ago started to replay Ruby (which I didn't end up finishing). It's probably one of my favourite generations for sure.

    Hey, welcome to the forums, Sean! The days of playing R/B/Y and G/S/C are very nostalgic for a lot of members here, so you're not alone. I remember the days using the Missingno. glitch. Playing through HeartGold and SoulSilver is a fun way to relive those days. I'm thinking of just playing through those games again.

    We also have a section to discuss HG/SS so if you want to just share your adventure or talk about the games, you can head there.

    Thanks for the welcoming everyone. I've tried to get X twice this week, but Wal-Mart doesn't think I should own it apparently lol. I'm excited to play the new versions, but sometimes it's just nice to sit back and kick it old school. I have a bad habit of playing through the game and, then after beating E4, starting anew. I find it's more fun playing through the story, than after the story. I'm trying to find another Advance SP so that I can trade over a handful of Pokémon and not lose my hard work.
