Is a new pokemon Mystery Dungeon coming out? I've done basically everything there is to do in Explorers of the Sky, and Blue Rescue Team...

    Need more.

There's the Wiiware versions, but I don't know too much about that. Check Serebii about it. Blazing, Stormy, and Light Adventure Squads.

This probably would have been better posted in Spinoffs, but whatever.

They will probably be 2 or 3 new dungeon games.
Since all new generations brought new games =)

I personally would like to see more Mystery dungeon, also. We'll just end up with more and more character outcomes each gen, won't we? xD

My question is: Will they have all starters in it or, since Gen V basically restarts Pokemon from the begining, will there just be Isshu Pokemon as the Starters?

Changing thread title for speculation on a new dungeon game, since that's what this is turning into.

I honestly think that it'd be Gen 5 Pokemon in all dungeons untill about a quarter into the story, or untill postgame dungeons.

I just want really good, tearful story mode, because Sky made me cry for the first time since the Lion King movie. I hope for DS version with gen 5 pokemon.

I'd rather have all 649 Pokemon available at once in the main story rather than the Isshu ones.

Some of the new moves may have their effects tweaked for Mystery Dungeon:
-Wide Guard gives all teammates on the floor the "Protect" status.
-If Knock Down hits a Flying Pokemon, or a Pokemon with Levitate, then its status will be changed to "Grounded." A Pokemon with a "Grounded" status will be vulnerable to Ground moves until it moves to the next floor.
-Bursting Flame hits all Pokemon around the user, including teammates
-Slime Wave has the same hit range as Wide Slash
-Heavy Bomber's power changes depending on the user's body size (1, 2 or 4)
-Elecball's power doubles if the user's movement speed is increased
-Befriend changes one of the opponent's abilities (at random, if it has 2 abilitiess) into one of the user's abilities (again, the ability copied is chosen at random)
-Vengeance's power doubles if a nearby teammate is on the brink of fainting.
-Level Ground hits all Pokemon in the room, even teammates (the same hit range as Earthquake and Magnitude) and lowers movement speed by 1 level.
-Overhead Throw and Dragon Tail work in the same way as Fling in the Mystery Dungeon games (except that it causes damage first before the opponent is flung).

Whatever they do next, I hope they make it even more story dirven, and have a better story than PMD's before. Because I, for one, like PMD 2 better than some of the mainstream Pokemon games. And the Grovlye special episode pratically made Sky. So I'm hoping for something really good in the future now that I know Nintendo is capable of making a Pokemon game with a decent story that isn't driven by a sport.

I'm sure they will surprise us =)
I mean Isshu's Pokemon are full of mysteries =)

yeah same all from the beggining

honestly i don't care what pokemon are in the game as long as there is still a tearful and heartwarming story to it. These games almost made me cry i had to hold back tears while watching the ending.

Mystery Dungeon is one of the best things Nintendo has given us. I enjoy it more than the trainer games to be honest. Trainer games are awesome and all, but MD has better story, and I just love the game. Human becoming pokemon in an all pokemon world......awesome!

I really hope they make more for the DS. And I'd like a playable character to be Buizel, but that's just me, heh.
