NEW Spongebob Squarepants 3D Movie!

Today a trailer was released for SpongeBob SquarePants: Sponge Out Of Water.



The movie is set to release February 13th., 2015.

...I was kinda getting into it at the beginning but then it got weird... and then it just got super weird and uncomfortable lmao.

nothing can beat the iconic Spongebob movie tho tbh.

^ It looks weird lol. And also.. weren't Spongebob & Patrick on the verge on dying in the first movie when they were out of water? And now they suddenly can just go out and walk on earth? I really hope they didn't left that part out..

Oh dear god no....why did the second Spongebob movie take the Alvin and the Chipmunks route?! I mean the first movie was a classic because the plot was better, the stakes were higher (Plankton taking over the world if Spongebob doesn't stop him), the main and supporting characters were much better written, and because the 2d blending with the real life scenes worked so much better (the 3d just feels really, really awkward).

Besides that they already did the "Becoming Superheroes" route (which was done much better, in my opinion) in one of the Season 2 Mermaidman and Barnacleboy episodes.

Oh dear, and here I thought that they would be done after not one but 2 Smurfs movies when it came to using movie production studios to experiment with new ways on how to torture captives.

I thought this was going to be the worst thing ever at first, but... it's actually not terrible. I wish it was just a cartoon, but it actually might be funny.

It wouldn't surprise me If they'd not explain it, considering that there was, like, one episode in the TV show where all of them got onto the surface and managed to survive (if it wasn't for the birds). The series can be quite inconsistent sometimes.

While it looks interesting, I don't know, I haven't watched any of the newer episodes, mainly because it went from funny stupid to stupid stupid at some point. But of course a movie is something totally different. Well, we'll see...

Tbh, no one can expect a show like Songebob to keep it's consistency since most of it's fanbase are kids and they won't even care if it made sense or no :P
